The location is great. You are right in the center of the city with all the restaurants and shopping within minutes away on foot. It is a 10 minute walk to the train station. The breakfast was great definitely beypnd expectation. The staff was very friendly.

It was in the city centre. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. We did not have a fridge but they allowed us to use their fridge to keep my daughter’s medications. Thank you to the 2 female staff in the reception who helped us.
The toilet was separate from the shower area.

The hotel’s location is perfect and the lobby is absolutely lovely. We also want to mention the staff, who were very nice and provided excellent service.
However, the room itself was a letdown.
It was very cramped and clearly hasn't been renovated or expanded in a long time
The third bed was terrible, extremely uncomfortable to the point of causing back and neck pain all day long
Another major issue was the smoke. Someone in a nearby room was smoking, and the entire hallway smelled like cigarettes. Even though we complained twice, nothing changed. It was very inconsiderate. It's a shame that the rooms don't match the high standard of the location and the service.
