The staff were excellent. The hotel in general was nice although construction outside was off putting.
Shower head was upside down so had to have a bath instead!
Toiletries were not replaced even with 2 paying guests.
Hairdryer didn't work.

Lovely staff, clean rooms. I loved the mini mart in the lobby where you can buy snacks, beers, wine, hygiene products etc.
The rooms are very outdated, they look more up to date on the pictures. TV is too old to stream anything which was kind of a bummer as i didn't have my laptop on this trip.

The NH hotel is situated in a good location. There is a metro stop and bus stop that is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The Hotel is connected to WTC so you can pass by there for a visit. They even have a good fitness center that actually has machines and free weight, including a crossfit rack.
The hotel itself is a bit outdated, the shower has a frosted glass window so if you’re staying with someone that you’re not comfortable being semi-nkd with than that’s awkward. Also, the shower is the bathtub / overhead shower combo which is not for me personally. Slipped a few times.
