The room is big, and clean, the double door for bath and toilet is an excellent idea. the view was super-nice. The staff is very helpful. Very close to the tram, to a train station. it was very quiet as well.
No bathrobes and slippers and not much explanation about the restaurants, room service etc. Nothing serious.

It was far from the museums. There weren’t water refilling machines like in Amsterdam.

Don't travel with kids. Over price breakfast. Only positive was the fast elavators, so could get you out as fast as possible. No complaints with staff. Over priced for not offering a free gym.

staff were very friendly; breakfast - very good; room - suitable size, very comfortable and large bed; interesting bathroom layout, but it could do with a little renovation.
The only minus is the dust on the top shelves of the wardrobes.

Very comfortable, quiet spacious rooms. Easy to rest! The location was good for public transport, and possible to walk to the city centre. The breakfast was good.

Staff were very inexperience at desk . Front office too. I felt I was in jail. The ristorante and various staff food were exceptional. Best breakfast I ever had in the Hague. Vegetarian especially .outstanding

Friendly reception: easy and fast check-in and check-out. They even allowed to enter in the room before the check-in time. Complimentary water and sweets are available at the reception. Room cleanness and facilities are good. comfortable and normal size bed.

The hotel is within the World Trade Centre complex with business people coming and going. The room was comfortable, roomy, with shelves/ closet and chest of drawers to put luggage and clothes away. Lovely view of the city from the 17th floor. Breakfast was exceptional, classy, with excellent variety of Asian and European products, breads, juices, coffee. There is a small 7/11 [ala hollandaise...] next to the building for wine and nuts after our daily walks.
There is little to no commerce around the area. Shower is inside the bathtub with no handles for seniors with mobility issues.

The bathtub, and breakfast.
The list is too long. It wasn't necessarily just this location it's NH in general when it comes to service, the room was filthy. There was too much space misused in the room, elevator was slow and it had 20 floors come on!

The accessible room is really spacious, especially in the bathroom. The hotel is near the tram station.
The smell in the room was very pungent, which caused me to wake up every two hours or so.

Location is perfect for access to Tram and train. Breakfast is quite good. Wifi has finally improved massively!

Room was giant, breakfast was varied and delicious, gym is amazing, staff will promptly fix whatever your issue is (we had a clogged sink and it was fixed quickly and efficiently), great location re public transportation.
Hotel hallways are a little dark and the elevator is a little slow.
