Not worth it. We paid more than 500 euros for nothing. No value for money.

Wonderful
Choice of dormitory accommodation and individual rooms is very good. The place is full of character and very clean and tidy. Excellent transport links to surrounding areas
The shared kitchen and dining area is a little cramped at times

Location is good, staff is friendly, bathrooms are clean.
Dorms are very big and very expensive. The dorm itself is very bad–there is no sight cover in your bed, for one. There is also nothing next to your bed, no lights or power outlets or a nook to leave things like your glasses. A bare mattress and nothing else

The facilities in general and the staff. I liked the guests environment in the lobby.
My second night was not nice. 8-bed room full. Couldn't breath properly, people snoring, smelly air (even though had a fan working during the night, no air entrance/exit). Hadn't slept properly.

The location is good. Staff are kind and willing to help. My bed was comfortable, single (not a bunk bed) in a 8bed-dorm. They gave me clean sheets but self bedding required. The lobby is nice with tables chairs and suckets to charge your devices. The tram stop is right in the front of the building. Pros and cons, each time the tram passes, the noise and vibration in the building is tangible.
I stayed in the room in the basement where there is no toilet or shower. The 2 tiny men toilets and the plenty of showers are on the second floor. Self bedding was required. The locker was enough for my 50L back pack but was making lots of noise while using it. And you need to bring your own lock, medium size. I don't think a cabin size suitcase can fit in. No personal light above the bed available for reading at night. Each time the tram passes, the noise and vibration in the building is tangible.

Staff was very helpful and nice. Whole place was clean and comfortable. Tram station is near so you can go explore more easily. Kitchen is a bit small, but you have everything you need.
It can be a bit noisy with so many people around and traffic noise is moderate. It's a shame there's only one shelf with 3 compartments in a 12-bed room,so you can't keep small essentials near your bed. It would be better that every bed has his own shelf mounted on the wall or near for easier access.
