Exceptional
The staff were friendly, the bed was super comfortable. The room was clean, all facilities worked. The room was with unusual design which we liked. The hotel has a bar where we had a light breakfast, convenient. The location is about 20-25 minutes walk from the train station, very close to the downtown. We took the tram to go to the beach. There are bike parkings everywhere around, very easy to rent. Charmed with The Hague.
The windows look over the road with the trams passing by. The hotel provides earbuds but they are not really comfortable, luckily I had my own, so I had a quiet night.

Super duper friendly employers. I fekt at home immidiately. The kitchen, the room, the bed and the showers are SUPER clean. Plus your 15 minutes away from the beach, 5 minutes walk to city center

Welcoming staff and loved the single elephant room. Very quiet and clean. Easy walk to center of places to visit and for food. Tram from Centraal Station close by. Need to be careful with tapping on and off with foreign credit card on trams. My card got blocked and it's worthwhile to get a local top up card for transport. Loved the museums in town. Very Worthwhile to do the guided walking tour!

The room has enough space for two people, the bathroom was very clean and worked properly. The bed was comfortable and was wide enough to allow two people to sleep very comfortably.
At night it was a bit noisy because of the trams (until they were on service). The pillows were not very comfortable for me (this is very subjective). Lastly, they sell breakfast (croissants and banana bread), however not before 8:30/45.

. The location is good and closer to the main road.
toilet place different from the bathroom. After toilet, you have to go to bathroom to clean your hands. Again, as a international person, I thought Breakfast should be included in the price of the hotel cost

The whole overnight stay was great! I could have given ten stars if they had already prepared the bed linens, but they let us (as guests) do it for them (apparently it should have been their job - to tuck the bed linen in).

Beds were sturdy, location was great, and place is modern feeling. Smoking area is cozy, prices at the bar/cafe were fair.
I didn't really like staying in the basement dorms, it wasn't as clean as the rest of the place looked. Being on the basement level also meant having to climb stairs to get to the toilet and showers
