Disappointing
The staff were nice.
The room was dirty. There was no AC whatsoever. You could not open the teeny tiny window. Bathrooms were 4 flights of stairs up. It was very loud.

Poor
Location is perfect Centre of the city and easy to reach and the staff to is friendly.
Facility is poor, no elevator, The stairs are very small and difficult to climb while carrying a suitcase, We had to put on our own sheets and pillowcases and unpack them ourselves. we need to pay for the towel, I was very disappointed with our room selection. I chose a special female dorm because there were four of us. The hostel should have given us a room specifically for four people instead of blending us in with other people, it really bothers us and bothers others too, because we definitely make a bit of noise, which is very unpleasant for others & for us too. We stayed at the hostel because we had a dance performance. Obviously, we needed more communication with the other dancers and needed space to move around for a bit of practice and preparation Make up and others things, to do all we even must do at lobby area with all passing guest so annoying, we are disturbed and we felt uncomfortable just because of the hostel's mistake of not being able to arrange a better room for the guests.
We had a reservation for two nights, but one other person and I opted to leave the hostel and only stay one night. Very disappointed. This is my first and last experience choosing a hostel like this, it would be better to choose a hotel to stay in if you stay for two or more the price is almost the same.

Very Good
The location is great. It is directly across from the tram, so easy access. The rooms are spacious and fun decorations.
Complementary soap ran out (we used the hand soap for showering.) The tram is loud, but there was ear protection provided.

Wonderful
the location of the hostel was great, super easy to get to from the station and close to all the things we wanted to see. it was right by a bus and tram stop too, which was convinient for getting around but a bit loud.

Very Good
Great staff, private bathroom, comfy and quiet bunks (unlike iron bunks, these were wooden), beds also comfortable. Close to the city center, super close to the tram line, big lockers in the room. If I go to Den Haag again, I’ll definitely stay there.
Being super close to tram line is not so good during the night, it was loud and noisy naturally. And my pillow was not so good, I’m pretty sure it was full of air i/o solid material:)

Good
The room assigned to us is in the next building. Very beautiful twin room, which has layout that made us have our own 'space'. Both single beds' long sides are beside the same wall and there is table with chairs between the edges of the beds. It is long rectangular room, clean, fresh bathroom.
The room is in the second floor and NO stairs. Not easy to get up with luggage. When we checked in, we got help from the staff. But checking out, no one helped anymore.

Wonderful
The location was amazing for visiting Rewire, all the venues were super close and walkable. There is also a tram station right next to the hostel. The kitchen is super nice to have if you want to have some tea in the evening. We liked the beds and overall had a very pleasant stay.
It's quite minor, but the toilet and sink were in separate small rooms in the Art room. It takes some extra effort to wash the hands. The shower was also super basic with water spilling on the floor to the sink.

Fair
Location not bad, still walkable distance from the central station.
I did not appreciate being kicked out of common areas, both kitchen and reception hall/ restaurant when there are no other available spaces. As a digital nomad, I work on different time zones and couldn’t during my stay.

Everything, the receptionist was super kind, explained me everything. The female room with four beds was spacious and clean, there was a bathroom in the room and everything was well organized.

Exceptional
Mimi was so welcoming at check in. Staff was friendly, but also respected guests' privacy.
We found the Twin room to be quite very comfortable for two people, and offered a degree of distance so we wouldn't keep each other up in the night when battling jetlag. Highly recommend.

Wonderful
The atmosphere, staff, location, and comfort were amazing!
If you are in one of the multi-bed rooms, you need to "rent" towels for showering. Which is, meh, 2025.
