Location is perfect- right around the corner of scheveningen promenade and with the tram station right in front of the hotel
Nice front desk
Could need a little touch up and deep cleaning (joints, drain..)
Stairs are very narrow, leading you to use the elevator, which is a bit slow and tiny

Very friendly staff, always there to help. Very close to the beach and food places. Trams are very close by. Rooms were clean and tidy.

No adequate staff at the hotel. The staff at reception is not helpful. They could not guide us with the transportation from hotel. The room was not made.

Our stay at this hotel in The Hague was very disappointing and definitely the worst hotel experience we have had so far. The room was not properly cleaned when we arrived, which immediately gave us a bad impression. The parking situation was also terrible and very inconvenient for guests. On top of that, the elevator was not functioning correctly during our stay, which made everything even more frustrating.
Another major issue was the noise. We could hear everyone talking from other rooms and the hallway, making it very difficult to relax or sleep properly. The walls seemed extremely thin and there was almost no sound insulation at all.
What disappointed us the most was the unfair treatment regarding the parking costs. My sister received a €35 refund for the parking, while we were refused any compensation without a clear explanation. We expected much better service and professionalism from the hotel staff.
Overall, we cannot recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.
