The location is very good. Staffs are also very friendly. Overall clean and convenient.
The fan in the room is not very strong. It’s a bit warm in the summer. We booked triple room, it’s quite crowded, just a standard room squeezed with three beds. Breakfast is basic. It looks like the room rate on the day is cheaper than what I paid on booking, but it might just be because of the day.

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice.
No telephone to contact Reception in case of emergency. Had to go down from 7th floor to ask a simple question. No tea making facilities in the room. A lovely staff member allowed me to take tea making items into our room, but having no fridge the milk didn't last long. No fridge - a small fridge would've been excellent especially as it was very hot over the weekend. No hand towels - had to wipe our hands in the same bath towel that was used to wipe our bodies. No window for fresh air in the bathroom. A danger of flooding was nearly possible from the shower as the water wasn't clearing quickly enough and soaked the floor towel, which saved the floor from flooding. Terrible open wardrobe with only 4 hangers (in a twin room!). If it means charging more with these extra things added, then so be it.

I love the location, it is central to explore the city and well connected with public transport. I also enjoy my room, it was super clean and confortable. The personnel was ready to help me when I encounter an issue with my room and immediately relocate me in a different room
The bathroom was leaking to the room carpet and it was extremely wet after a few days, fortunately, they immediately give me a different room.
