Very Good
I have stayed at this property before, about 8 years ago. I really like the decor of the place and it’s very conveniently located at walking distance of the center.
The front door was not falling into its lock properly so was unlocked. I notified the property about it though so I’m sure they will have it fixed.

The hotel does not have a reception desk. Unfortunately, on the morning we were leaving for a very important appointment at a government office, the entrance door would not open. We had to call for assistance, and it took about 20 minutes for someone to arrive. Those 20 minutes were extremely stressful because we were worried about being late for our appointment. I would like to mention, however, that the staff member who came was very polite, sincerely apologized, and arrived as quickly as possible. Nevertheless, for future trips, I will probably choose accommodation with a 24-hour reception or staff available on site.

The studio was very spacious, cozy, and stylish. The bathrooms and kitchen were modern and well-equipped. Check-in was entirely automated.
There were no extra blankets for the couch.

Location
The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The windows couldn't be opened or closed properly, so there was no fresh air in the room. It was also very noisy because you could hear everything from the street.

Old building with nice old characteristics, the room had a high ceiling and was spacious. All fresh and clean and new like the bathroom tilling etc. Coffee and tea maker in the room.
However the effort of sunscreens, the room was terribly hot and the small floor cooling fan (with timer!) did little to help that. Each time we thought the temp was getting better the timer stopped the fan

Despite a small issue during our stay, the hotel handled it exceptionally well, even following up with a call, an apology, and a one-night refund. The location and hotel vibes are great, and their kindness and professionalism truly stand out. Their behavior reflects the warmth and fairness the Dutch people are known for — an easy 10/10.

From the very beginning, we had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and spoke excellent English. The room itself was amazing—clean, comfortable, and with a great shower. The location is perfect: just a short walk to the city centre, while still offering parking right in front of the hotel with a reservation.
