Great location, accessible from the train station, but with good soundproofing. Nice view. Great in-room snacks/drinks. Excellent welcome and helpful staff.

Spacious, clean room. Modern and artful design. The parking lot was in close walking distance. Would stay here again!

Disappointing
When we entered room 417, we saw everything was dirty. The TV was on, towels were everywhere, beer cans were everywhere including in the bathroom. while we were late checking in, precisely at around 18:00-18:30. But the staff reception was good at dealing with the problem.
But when we checked out, the reception staff was really unproffesional. After more than 1 hour we left the hotel, they called me that there were several deficiencies that we had not paid, and also said that we haven't checked out yet. We have returned all the room keys and asked nicely what we haven't paid for and you pay what they asked for. One of restaurant staff also not nice to accept us, while we would have a breakfast. She thinks that we cant pay the breakfast. And many of the breakfast menus run out and are not immediately refilled.
