Location on the beach and next to the pier. Next to Foodhallen was convenient for good food with lots of choices for all the kids and adults. Breakfast was delish with lots of choices. Beds were comfortable with 2 pillows per person. Clean and nice staff. AC worked well.
Their parking was full so we had to park in the parking garage but it was still super close so that’s ok.

Spacious, clean, and cozy room with a balcony.
I liked the design of the children's sleeping area—a separate room with a bunk bed and lighting.
Delicious breakfast.
There's even a small pool with warm water.

Modern hotel, comfortable bed, good location, convenient parking
The hot water system for the whole hotel broke down with no notification nor apology other than a company will come and fix it. We couldn’t use the shower during our stay. The offer of a free coffee would have been thoughtful.

Excellent location, with easy access to the beach, bars, and restaurants, plus the tram for public transportation. Staff was friendly, responsive, and available. While close to the beach and activities, it was the last beach hotel on the Strand, so it was quieter, I think. We had a patio facing the beach...a must!

Breakfast was good, although in this area is limited space.
I booked a room with one queensbed and at arrival i got 2 separate beds.
I upgraded to another room to get a queens bed voor euro 70. This was not necessary because i booked this already. They told me this came due to booking.com !?
Later on this was corrected by a free breakfast, so no money return.

The location is excelent, Suff very friendly and breakfest with everything you need.
The room doors were not air tide, an air draft was very strong when the balony door was open. Some furniture would desrve renewing.

The checkin was at 3, we got there around 3.45 and had to wait another hour for the room to be done

We chose this hotel due to its location at the beach. Breakfast buffet was satisfying. I believe this hotel had renovations recently, so the decor looked nice and modern.
One information that would have been helpful while booking: all bigger family rooms (and I don't mean the family apartments) are only on the first floor. Those rooms typically face the dunes but - due to the low floor - with a view primarily at the parking lot wall and the other family rooms face the tram behind the hotel - so none have a sea or partial sea view. Because we were celebrating a birthday, the only option was to upgrade into a room on a higher floor for a hefty charge - making our two night trip even more expensive. Nothing complimentary (like water bottles) in the rooms.

Location, breakfast was simple but good quality. Easy parking in the hotel. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed in a family room on the first floor with balcony. There are 2 TVs and one can be turned towards the balcony. Game consoles can be connected.
Some mold in the bathroom under the soap tray in the shower and in the room on the ceiling.
