The location was excellent- within easy reach of all the major sights, as well as a wide range of shops & restaurants.
The room was adequate, but had no character. It could be any hotel room, anywhere. In fact, the same applies to the hotel itself, which was large and indistinguishable from many others.

Great location near shops and not far away from the train station. The staff was super nice. The room was comfortable, big enough with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and cosy.
I would appreciate a bit more space in the room and less in the bathroom but it's ok

The hotel is in a great location, ideal for most places in the centre and for public transport, yet the room was very quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was a good size for a couple of nights, and had a comfortable bed. The hire bikes were good quality. We had a great stay.
The movement censor-controlled light in the bathroom was a pain in the night, impossible not to illuminate the bedroom as well.

It's a lovely hotel.
Unfortunately, on arrival, we discovered the bar/restaurant on the ground floor was closed for "renovation ". I think the hotel should have informed prospective guests that this facility was no longer available.

The location so close to the Rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh Museum was fantastic. My room looked out over a plaza lined with trees so it felt away from the business, but still part of it, too. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was great, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was varied and plentiful and in a lovely setting. I don’t think I’ve ever had candles lit for breakfast and loved it! I especially appreciated the gluten free bun warmed in the oven!

Wonderful
Staff was amazing, friendly and attentive. Rooms are super clean, even their cleaning team was very kind. Location is just perfect, you are literally in the heart center of The Hague. I would normally give it a perfect 10 , but due to no airconditioning working and elevator was also out of service I have to give a score of 9 but it was clearly no ones fault of course.
