Staff, facility, location all great.
Only thing that did not work as expected was the auto-on/off lights in the bathroom. Hotel staff informed us that these are a new energy-saving measure and that they were working on adjustment/calibration. Once triggered "on" by motion sensors they would not turn off for a long time (about an hour). Any motion in the room outside the bathroom triggered the lights too. Made it tricky to get up at night to use restroom without brightly illuminating whole room and waking my spouse. Then had to leave bathroom door closed while an hour passed before light turned off. Great idea, that just needs some more refinement before installation in a hotel.

Great location. Have been there twice before. This time had a larger comfortable room with good view of square. Handy tea and coffee making facilities.
Wish there had been more choice of tea! ( only 2 teabags!).
Also paper tissues in bathroom would be nice.

Was dissapointed about breakfast. Didn't have any after seeing what is was. Not much for a 4 star hotel.

Great location, pleasant check in/out, nice beds, happy with the coffee maker. The tiny Christmas tree on the desk was a very nice touch (it was a December stay!) !
