Great Location 5 mins to the sandy beach. Excellent breakfast. Fredrik from the breakfast staff did an excellent job! Very good sauna and pool area.
The gym and especially the (malfunctioning) cardio cycle have clearly seen better days.

We liked the swimming pool and the hotel's good location.
The sofa bed was poorly designed. The metal parts along the edges stick out and press into your body, making it uncomfortable to sit down or lie down on the bed. However, once you are lying down, it is comfortable to sleep on.
The bathroom sink was blocked, and the water drained very slowly.
The table in the room was too small for three people. There was only one chair and one pouf, meaning that only two people could sit at the table, even though we had booked a four-person room.
The room was too small for three people, especially as it consisted of just one room. When the sofa bed was unfolded, it took up most of the available space.
We were informed that the bar closed at 11 p.m., but nobody told us that the entrance door would be locked and the lift switched off at that time. We returned at 10:50 p.m. and found that the door would not open. A man had to pull the door apart by hand to let us in, and we then had to walk up five floors using the stairs. This was very inconvenient and should have been explained to guests in advance.

Great location, good amenities and very very friendly and helpful staff.
There is some parking on site, unfortunately no place was available when I arrived, I should have requested it sooner.
Both saunas were out of order, a shame really.

It's near to De Pier and also to stops of trams 1 and 9 and some buses, so it's easy to get to the city center, Den Haag Central, Den Haag HS and many other places. Our room was small, but well-equipped and the bathroom was also nice with a quite spacious shower. The little balcony was an added bonus, we had great views on the sixth floor. Buffet breakfast had a good selection.
Self check-in didn't work - it didn't recognize our booking -, but the 24/7 reception solved that quickly. One thing couldn't be done though: I asked for an iron to prepare my clothes for the next day and they couldn't provide one.

Great location. Lovely room. Enjoy using the pool and sauna. Safe storage for our bicycles. Would use again. Great staff.
Extra fee for housekeeping. Would rather it was included in the price. Everything else perfect.
