The room, and especially the bed, were very comfortable, and the spa was excellent and very clean.
Our keycards stopped working on multiple occasions during our stay.

Great hotel. Budget friendly and extremely friendly staff. Rooms were clean. Highly recommend it. Staff were extremely helpful when it came to to helping my partner with her wheelchair.
Only draw back is that the entrance to the hotel should have a ramp for people who use a wheelchair.

Perfect location, metres away from the beach and near commercial streets yet still quiet at night.
High quality mattress, pillows and bed sheets.
Great coffee machine and the furniture shows off thats been recently renovated.
Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Customer service was top level too.
Amazing views of the sea from the large windows of the room.
Exceeded excpecations in every aspect, would definetly come back.

Unfortunately, the repeated overnight fire alarm disturbances meant that your hotel failed to provide this essential service on two of the four nights of my stay.

The hotel is very well situated and esay to access. First impressions on arrival are a clean and modern recpetion area with exceptionally helpful staff. Our room was spacious and had everything thta we needed. Of special mention, the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have evr slept in, we had the most marvellous nights sleep. Our stay was made all the better by the hotel being as welcoming as it was we were very happy.
The step up into the shower area is quite high and proved difficult for my wife. A grab handle would help.

My experience at check-out was extremely disappointing. I was delayed by about an hour due to an unexpected personal situation, and the receptionist, Milou, called me and spoke to me in an unnecessarily rude and aggressive manner.
When I left, the manager, Dalila, even so harshly, charged me €10 in cash for the late check-out, claiming I was more than an hour late, which I do not believe was accurate. The €10 was not the issue — the lack of understanding and the way the situation was handled was. This experience significantly changed my overall impression of the hotel.

I had a really wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Communication was excellent — they were always available via WhatsApp for any questions or requests, including early check-in, and they responded quickly and kindly.
What impressed me most was the level of personal attention and hospitality. Even after I checked out, they contacted me to thank me for staying with them, which was a very thoughtful touch.
The value for money is excellent, especially considering the quality of the service and the helpfulness of the staff. I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, and I would be very happy to stay here again on my next visit. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay such a pleasant experience!
