staff reactivity, near metro and tram, separated room and big living room.
the heat when the sun is present, but it turned out thats the Ac wasn't on , so the staff fixed that. another point, so much light in the room, so if you have a baby that cannot sleep without full darkness (our case), you should find a way.

the staff were nice.
The place was way too expensive — for the same price, you could easily get a hotel with a 24/7 reception. It might be fine for a long-term stay, but for a short stay, I wouldn’t recommend it. The towels had stains, and the TV remote was very dirty and dusty. For that price, I definitely wouldn’t recommend it. They also charge a deposit, which is ridiculous, and I still haven’t received my €250 back even after three working days. On top of that, they kept sending messages with conflicting information. Overall, if you’re looking to relax and have a calm holiday, I wouldn’t recommend this place — they disturb you a lot and hold onto your money.

- The place was bigger than expected, which we appreciated. Basically, it's two sleeping rooms and quite a lot of space for the kitchen. It was very convenient to have a lot of space. - Very simple to check in, the hosts were very clear and precise, and helpful.

Good sized room with self catering facilities, nice bathroom with large separate shower and bath. Good communal facilities. Good location for us visiting family.
It was a bit dusty in places. The large room and tiled floor meant is was a bit cold sometimes. Air conditioning heating not very effective.

Because it is not in the city center it was a little more affordable. But, the location is close to public transportation which makes it easy to get around town. The room was clean and met our needs. The staff was helpful to answer questions about getting around, apps to use, etc.
I did book a non-refundable rate, but I was disappointed that when I needed to adjust my 5 day stay to check in one day later, and they would not refund me one night's stay.

Fresh and modern rooms. Cleanliness. Kitchen. Salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar were available in the room. Good location.
Payment for the hotel must be made via the link in the letter. You also need to leave a deposit of 250 euros. It all looked suspicious, but in fact everything went well and the deposit was returned promptly.
