I liked the location of the hotel and the spa. Great massage.
I did not like nor appreciate being able to hear people running down the halls and getting woken up at 4am by people being rude.

I liked that there were activities on the site. I also liked the bunk beds provided in the family rooms and the extra storage spaces.
1.paying for parking as a hotel guest
2. Breakfast only starts at 8 am.
3. New towels not provided daily (kids sported and needed to shower)

Expensive drinks and to busy need more personal people do the best to make the customer happy but it’s really easy to see that the resources are on the low
