Hotel in North Rotterdam opposite the zoo. Agreeable rooms, excellent (!) beds, nice architecture and set-up. Good for business, but also leisure.

Only the location.
I felt like having Travelled to the 70s by a time machine. Dirty ugly carpets all over the place. The AC made me sick and took Temperatur was 21 degree.

Personnel was very nice and helpful. Room cleaned and nice. The possibility of taking your dog with you even to the restaurant is a huge plus.
We had small issue with temperature in the room. the room warmed up very slowly.

Good location near a nice park. Nice restaurant and bar.
Check-in took to long. Not the cleanest room we've ever been in. Bed was uncomfortable. Coffee togo - better skip it.

Room was very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Friendly staff, although the parking instructions were not very clear. Overall it was pretty good.
I hate carpet floor, and this hotel has carpet even on the elevator...I find it really dirty (in general). Hotel is far away from the centre, but you know it when you book, so nothing to argue.
