The location and the view.
There were several noticeable damages in the apartment, including defects in the doors, walls, lamps, and power outlets. The security deposit, which should have been released immediately upon check‑out, was not returned for more than two weeks. During this period, I contacted the reception multiple times and was consistently informed that the deposit had been released on the day of departure, despite no refund appearing in my account. Only after requesting written confirmation of the release, so I could follow up with my bank, was the deposit suddenly returned while I was still on the phone with the reception.

Only the friendly staff receptionist.
The laundry room has significant dust buildup and has not been cleaned. • The bathroom floor and sink are in poor condition and do not reflect what was advertised in the listing photos. • The unit overall appears rundown and neglected. Street at night- can hear talking loud and shouting

The place is huge and the view unbelievable, it is really amazing and comfortable close to all the good places in Rotterdam
Even if the apartment is really nice, a beautiful it’s a bit neglected… the cleaning is not the best, some normal cutlery is not there, the tv is not even smart tv (which is not important but for the price you pay….) I think it should be a bit more clean and add some more stuff that are missing.

The space of the apartment was huge, the view from it was stunning. It was comfortable to have bigger space with living room after being in hotel rooms for several nights. It was nice to have a luggage room for us to leave the luggage first when we arrived earlier.
The heating system was not easy to regulate. There were only salt and pepper available in the kitchen, would be nice if there was at least some cooking oil.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the site is very well situated in Lijnbaan, putting us very close to the Museum Park and the train station both, with several nearby tram and metro stops.

Hello, We have been staying in the apartment for four days now and will be here for more than two weeks in total. The apartment is nice, spacious, and in a very good location, but unfortunately we have encountered several maintenance issues since our arrival. When we arrived, the safe was not working, the vacuum cleaner was not working, and the coffee machine plug was not functioning. Two of the electrical outlets in the kitchen are also not working, and one of the lamps in the living room does not work. Now the bathtub is also not working. We do appreciate that every time we report an issue, someone comes quickly to replace or fix it. However, it is quite disappointing that these problems were not checked before our arrival. For an apartment of this price and for a stay of more than two and a half weeks, we would have expected everything to be properly inspected beforehand. We would really appreciate if the apartment could be thoroughly checked so we don’t continue encountering additional issues during our stay.

The apartments are great, with amazing views, very well located right in the centre and 24-hours staff. Everything was super clean.
The place is excellent but I think there could be more stuff offered to the guests. It barely has the minimum: two towels, hand soap, shampoo, salt and pepper. No napkins, no water, no sugar, no sponge nor detergent. It offers the same (or less) than a hotel, but this is an apartment so I’d expect a few more items.

View, location, size of the room, layout of the room.
A very nice place, but not maintained and cleaned well enough. Also, beds are not exactly up to standard. Grounds maintenance and housekeeping should be improved. I enjoyed my stay at the price I paid. I will stay again, at the same price level. But if it gets expensive, will no longer be worth the partially-moulded shower tub with low water pressure. Sorry, but this is the truth.

I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with the condition of the property. It was extremely dirty and clearly has had zero maintenance for a long time. Almost everything was not working: • The air conditioner didn’t work at all. • The bathroom wall was cracked. • The shower was broken. • The dishwasher wasn’t working. • Even the water boiler had fungus inside. Everything was dirty, very old—very, very old—and in terrible condition. This place needs serious maintenance. I expected much better, and this experience has been unacceptable.

Location, view on balcony
Water pressure, had no hot water for 2 days in the studio i booked. Dishwasher was broken. Queen bed and king bed are just two doubles put together that seperate.
