Bed in room was dirty,there is no elevator,also there is a scammers on hostel corridor which can take you money and just disappear(trap for tourists-they will try to sell you somenting and you give money guy will say i will be back with this item but just disappears and don't come back).Very bad at all.

At proximity of shopping malls with beautiful surroundings.
Well I paid for a dormitory room with only six beds but was made to logged in with the one containing eight beds that's cheaper than what I'd paid for instead and this occur right at the peak of COVID-19 pandemic crisis with no space practically for social distancing, so jammed pack with 8 guys in such a space much less than 20 square meter, beds too with very thin mattresses to lay upon and one can uncomfortably feel the wooden planks beneath I also recalled once not using the toilet for a whole day, all of these inconveniences could have been overlooked if only the staff had put some heart feelings in their gestures after all I only come to the Netherlands purposefully to make experience of its cultural discoveries that's purely human!!!

NOTHING. Very very bad experience.
Service hasn't met any expectations. We even weren't in the room that we've booked.
I have booked this 'hotel' for my family and we have a small child. So I took one large bedroom with 2 beds and paid for it.

Upon our arrival, the receptionist told us that we will be in another 'room' because our room is not available.
He give us hostel room with 8 beds and told us that he will sort things out the other day.
He didn't. We stayed in that room with wooden floor beds and it was a nightmare. Dirty, uncomfortable, shared bathroom, and toilet. Some guys from the other room smoked weed every night and the hallway was packed with smoke. Very unacceptable behavior.

After 2 nights I have received bad news, my Dad suddenly passed away. We've decided to left immediately and the receptionist told us that they will refund us 2 nights (although we were there 2 of 5 nights). I've said OK, that would be fair considering the emergency of the situation.
He also promised us a refund over the phone when we called him. It wasn't refunded at all! Nothing!!

I would not recommend anyone to stay in that unpleasant place.

The service, compared to what was in the description was incomparable and unacceptable. We arrived to the hotel in time, and we were greeted by a man there, who said that our booking is for a two persons room instead of a three person room (which we actually booked). Then he said the problem is because of their system assigning us to the wrong room, and they can’t give us another because they are full. So instead of a 3 person room, he showed us a ridiculously small room, with a bed and nothing else. He said he can give us a mattress (to sleep on the floor!) for the third person, but if there was a mattress in the room, we could not open the door. The bed itself was dirty, not only the mattress but also the sheets and covers were stained, and there was trash and dust underneath the frame.
Other things to mention are, there were no towels given, but the description said so, and there was no soap at the restroom either. They did not offer a discount, they did not say they were sorry, they even had the guts to say that they won’t charge us extra for another mattress, like if they were doing a favor for us. We also could not find a person when we tried to check out. Also, the wifi wasn’t working.

The hostel is perfectly located, near the main train station, in the city center, with a lot a shops around. I could check-in early, so that's a good point, and the price is correct. But that's pretty much everything...
The bathroom was not clean at all, it really needs to be cleaned more often. The carpet was disgusting... The stairs are steep (no lift). There's no common area, no kitchen. There're not enough plugs in the dormitory (I mean, less than one per person!). In spite of the Corona situation, I was given the bed right next the (only) person sleeping in the dorm... And, the last night, a man was allowed to sleep in the FEMALE dormitory, which doesn't seem to bother the owner...

The personal was amazing, they are so kind, so hostile and tried to fix everything I told them about, hopefully they were here to give lot of good vibes on this place
The room with eight beds was noisy I changed to a room for a single person. It was still noisy though, It

We paid via Booking. At the arrival we had to pay again because they didn't get the money. They promised to contact Booking that they can give us back our money. But they did nothing so we had TO PAY DOUBLE. We had to wait more than 3 hours more till we could enter the room. The toilets and showers were dirty and the rooms were very smelly. There is no way to open the windows more than a little gap. The employee was unfriendly and didn't want to help. After a few weeks, a lot of calls with booking we got our money back. It's really not worth it...
