Room 412 is the smallest room i have ever been in! Two people can not pass in the room without one having to go in the bathroom or outside the room. I booked a room many months in advance and expected better than room 412. It was a bad experience.

Nice location in Rotterdam with an interesting view of the bridge. Decent breakfast, and check out before 12.
The seif box went out of order before checkout and I had to wait for the staff to break in to it so I can collect my valuables. Those boxes are scary.

The view was insane. The staff were all very friendly. Room was very very clean. It was a good room
The pillows were like air. Not many transport links about. Only a 10 min walk to the first train stop but with bags it's not very practical

Nothing. The room was too small for the price we paid and the walls were too thin, we could hear everything through the walls & doors

Great location to the cruise port and to public transportation. Walked across the bridge to the ship on embarkation morning. They weren't able to get us in our room early but were able to store our bags.
