Loved this hotel. It was very small room. It served its purpose. It was the location that was amazing right by the water. Lots of activities and boat rides. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly.

Visited for my dad's 80th birthday, told the staff in advance and they really delivered. The hotel staff were super sweet and caring. Would recommend.

The view on the river from the room and from the rooftop were amazing. The breakfast was very tasty with lots of options. The room was big enough.
The pillows were soft and there weren’t others to use in the wardrobe.

Excellent non-intrusive staff. Complementary coffee/tea in the room. The hotel is located on the harbor of Rotterdam, close to metro. Safe surroundings, nice coffee shops near-by.

Excellent location on the river, close to the Erasmus bridge and within walking distance of the city centre and some of the main tourist attractions. Hotel guests had access to the roof terrace with views over the city. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and everything was spotlessly clean.
Our bath towels were replaced every day with clean ones, which seemed a bit unnecessary - but apart from that we found it hard to find fault with the hotel.
