The staff were extremely kind. Check-in was very fast, and check-out was even faster. They responded quickly to my request for a receipt. The price was reasonable as well. Whenever possible, I will definitely choose to stay at The Social Hub again.
Sometimes, the key cards used to access the rooms became demagnetized quite quickly. Since I was staying in room 500 and something and only elevator C was working, I had to walk quite a long way to reception to get a replacement. The staff were, of course, very kind and helpful, but these structural issues unfortunately prevented me from giving the hotel a 10. I also think they should provide physical receipts rather than sending them only by email. However, these are the only negative points I can think of, as I had a very good time overall.

The location is near to a tram halte, so the transportation is very convenient. The facilities are new and well functioned, the sheets are clean. Worths every penny spent.

Location is lovely, very easily accessible by tram (tram stop right outside) Staff were very friendly and helpful The room was quite spacious and comfortable to stay in The bed was huge and comfortable
One of the plug sockets wasn't working so I had to charge most of my stuff kind of all around the room It was a little too warm in my room, even with climate control
