The cleanness of the room
Very dark lobby and espen the breakfast area. The price are high not to have a breakfast included. The so called market area instead of a breakfast I find extremely poor of idea; very poorly arranged and very poor offer in a very strange dark Ambiente.

Hotel was Clean. The staff was nice. Rooms where big. You could easyly move throught the City from the Hotel. Rooms where realy big.
The Hotel did advertise a nice view from the Hotelrooms. That ist probably true if you have a rooms in the Higher Apartments. Not so much for the Rest. Beds where a bit soft und Borken in the middle.

The room was nice and spacious, with excellent climate control. The 24/7 snack store is a great idea and is so convenient. The breakfast options and other stuff in the store is reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly. The location is dead in the center of the city.

Room, City view. I said we were traveling for our wedding anniversary and they arranged a terrific room for us, with petals of roses and towels swan composition. All staff was kind and gentle.
the room window was closed with key and I couldnt open it, but I can understand that it was for safety reason. I just would like to open to make some gr8 picture of the landscape and I asked that some of the staff could come with me in room to open the window just for 2 minutes to let me make some picture and than bring the key back but also this solution was denied. It is still ok :)
