Liked that the lockers had plenty of space and you could hang the towel on the door. You need your own lock but that’s better than relying on electronics. Nice area to hang out and chill at the base.
The beds encouraged privacy but weren’t very private. Very little prevents any other residents from looking into the space.

The hostel was clean, the bed was super comfy, and I really liked having an all-girls dorm. The lobby was also really cozy and a nice place to relax.
What I didn’t like was that some guests didn’t respect the assigned bed arrangements. I stayed for 3 nights and was supposed to have the bottom bed on the edge of the room, but two guests seemed to choose whichever beds they wanted. I think the hostel should be a bit stricter about this, although I understand it’s difficult for the receptionists to keep track when guests switch beds without informing them.

Ostello veramente ben organizzato e dotato di qualsiasi cosa (tranne il sapone in doccia). La camera ha aria condizionata e armadietti veramente grandi, ospitano quasi tutte le valigie per intero, senza problemi. Accesso con sblocco da sito web per aprire porta principale e della camera. Vicinanza alla stazione di Rotterdam.
Zanzare, tante zanzare in estate, assenza di tenda nel letto "basso" e scale per salire ripidissime, è presente anche un montacarichi estremamente lento.

Everything was great. Nice location. Clean beds, cupboards, toilet and towels.
To use the toilet, I had to go up one floor and the stairs were very steep.

Excellent location, very clean, the staff is super nice. There’s free tee and coffe and also everyday they give you free croissants, bread or sth like that

Friendly and helpful staff, great dorms and free coffee in the morning, perfect! Also location, close to the Centraal Station to store bikes safely overnight for a small fee (1.5 euro) and can get repairs and adjustments done for a reasonable price too.

The kitchen and reception were great and the bed was really good. The bunk beds were smart and really good. The app for the locks on the doors works ok. I didn't have any problem with it.

I liked the location and that the room is big
I didn’t like the beds seem to be separated but you are only separated by a thin piece of wood. You can hear their snores next to you. I didn’t like they only sell lockers. They could do better.

Numbering on beds should be more clear, sometimes people hang their coats over the numbers, when dark especially.

Bathroom dedicated just for the room.
Super nice front desk people.
Great common area full of places to sit.
Free storage.
Perfectly equipped kitchen even with some basic free food, free coffee.
Very accommodating staff.

No lock for the storage compartment in the room.
Noise from the street.
A bit claustrophobic beds.
No curtain for upper beds but you can hang some clothes on hangers to cover.

Surprisingly confortable, can’t beat the location you are just steps away from Rotterdam central. Staff is great, helpful with recommendations. Be patient with the elevator.
The only reason I am not giving a 10 are the steep stairs.

Close to Rotterdam Centraal and Rotterdam Centrum. Probably one of the best hostels I’ve had the pleasure of booking. It’s small enough to feel homey, but also a great place to meet people from around the world.
The staff is friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond.
If you book a private room, breakfast is included.
Very minor problem: Elevator is small and slow, but that’s kind of a given considering the building.
