Location
1. Cleanliness was not proper as per 5 star hotel should have been. They did not even change the bedsheet when we asked to clean the room. 2. When they already knew 2 weeks back that we are family, they should have kept our rooms together. It became trouble for us to manage our stay.it was not considered. 3. 5 star hotels should know what should be arranged before any family arrives if they don’t have any family rooms.

Everything that was available in breakfast, was perfect. Rooms were spacious. Bike rent was very convenenient.
I'd have liked a bit more variety in the breakfast buffet. The lighting in the room was bad. Checkin was delayed and somehow not all thre rooms were next to each other. Only 2 were connected.

Disappointing
Looked nice and seemed clean. Very friendly staff. Very close to public transport.
Living on 2nd floor we were much bothered by thin walls letting us in on neighbours conversations. Much noise from the tram and the construction close by. We could hardly hear each other talk in the room while construction was going on. Mattress was uncomfortable, we could sense the springs through it and pillows were very high and hard. We slept terribly if at all to say the least.

Just two remarks: 1. Why ask for all the IDs? I check in online. Then also my girlfriend you want her ID for what? Other hotels dont do that. Second thing is the skybar. Offer it for entrance at least.

On a positive note, the staff were polite and helpful, and the location of the hotel is excellent—very convenient and central.
The experience did not meet my expectations for a 5-star hotel. The rooms felt quite basic and lacked the level of comfort and detail I would expect at this standard. The minibar was completely empty, which was disappointing and unusual for a hotel of this category. There was also ongoing construction nearby, and the noise was extremely disturbing, starting as early as 7:00 AM. This significantly affected the quality of rest during my stay.
