Wonderful
Friendly and helpful staff. So close to the port it made it so easy to get to the cruise ship the next day, just across the road. Lots of breakfast choices available and many restaurants in walking distance. Cute cocktail bar located in the hotel too. Plus a small supermarket across the road.
The in room tea and coffee facilities were not great, pod machine didn’t work and there were only 2 tea bags.

We had a room with a balcony that overlooked construction that started early in the morning.

This hotel exceeded our expectations greatly. The space is very cool with lots of design, and the rooms were perfect for a long weekend stay. Great location, right next to the Erasmus bridge, and metro line.
Really great communal spaces for relaxing too!

Loved this hotel, couldn't really fault it.
Everything about the hotel was very stylish. Bed was huge and comfy, TV was of good quality, room even had a little study space for if you need to do some work. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection. Staff were friendly. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rotterdam.

It was 1 block from the cruise port and had many restaurants nearby.
Not entirely light in the bed area. We had to use our cell phone flashlight to close the safe. The bathroom area was well lit.
