Location was great
The door from our room malfunctioned and we nor the staff could open it. The lock got jammed for some reason. Girlfriend (8mo pregnant) and I were left stranded for over an hour before they were able to fix it. They were short on staff all the time. They offered a room swap and complimentary breakfast to resolve this. Other than that, the hotel is smoke free (great) but it's obviously not enforced because the entire hotel smelled like cigarettes and weed all the time. Parking was decent, but they partner with the 'my way' app which is just bad. Our reservation never showed up in there, but luckily the barrier was just left open so we could enter/exit as we pleased. Parking is SUPER cramped. We stayed here during the weekend and there was loud music friday/saturday. The only positive thing about the hotel is the location. We stayed in other roommates around Europe and this is by far the worst experience we had. Would not recommend.

The bed was comfortable enough for me, the room itself was quiet, the double sink was nice, and there was a full door for the shower. It was centrally located with easy walking and public transport access. The breakfast was really nice.
The room itself had some carpet & curtain stains and areas of the bathroom that looked like they had not been dusted in quite a while. The one time we had the room cleaned during our weeklong stay, they didn’t clean the sink counters or mirrors, and for some reason, the toilet emanated a bad smell right after it was cleaned. The toilet had a glass door separating it from the rest of the bathroom, but because it didn’t extend floor to ceiling, there wasn’t much privacy. The ac also was set at a certain temperature and seemed to turn off at night, which made it sometimes uncomfortable for sleeping. There was no way to adjust that or adjust the AC in the hotel gym.

It was 1 block from the cruise port and had many restaurants nearby.
Not entirely light in the bed area. We had to use our cell phone flashlight to close the safe. The bathroom area was well lit.

Great location, just near the metro station. Staff were nice, I also used the gym which was a plus. I liked the room had high ceiling, the design of the room is not common but that part of what makes it special. I think for getting ultimate comfort and location, this place is great.
I have to tell you - I was shocked at the beginning to discover my room doesn't have any windows. This is part of the unique design of the room which has special lighting, air conditioning etc.... I guess someone thought it is very high tech not having a window. I got used to it, but I don't know if I would like it for more than 1-2 days.

I had everything I needed. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy. Breakfast was great (with plenty of choices).
I have no complaints. Maybe the "direct-heat" sauna was a bit of a disappointment (it didn't get very hot), but that's totally minor. The hotel location was good (e.g., hotel New York nearby), but it was a bit of a walk (or short tram/metro ride) to get to downtown.

Big room. Great shower.
Slow and terrible service. Refuse to let us check in a bit earlier. Slowest check in ever. Breakfast was poor. The orange juice tasted like soap. Not many healthy options.
