I loved the look of the property. Close to food and the metro. Work out area was nice.
Not having my room vacuumed and the sheets changed the entire time I was there. My kleenex box was never refilled and I was sick with a cold. The cups and glasses were never exchanged for clean ones and the coffee and creamer wasn't replenished. I had to go and ask for it daily. I used the glasses from the water area. The noise from the street lasted until 3am and was LOUD. My.room was extremely noisy. I went to ask for a move to a different room and was told it would have to be to a twin bed. I was very disappointed because I spent a lot of money for 10 days with you.

Large, comfortable room with excellent bed, desk, shower, balcony. Foodhalle attached to the hotel has lots of nice and interesting options for dinner on the doorstep.
Fridge in my room didn't work. Hotel is in a densely built up area but the high windows are not covered with curtains, which is a bit strange - let's in light, and you can see others and be seen.

Good location for Ahoy. Lots of dining options in the area. Comfortable beds with a great shower. Lots of storage. They had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The sink had soap and body milk. Even the toilet paper was good.
Room was pretty cold even though we set it to 20.5C. Kettle was filled with vinegar, so we didn't use it. Someone spilled water next to the bed which soaked my socks. Dried it with the hairdryer.
