Comfortable rooms, the bed is soo comfortable
The pots and pans were not in very good condition, especially tha frying pan had lots of scratches, which is unhealthy to cook in.
And also even I asked nicely nobody was sent to pick up the trash. One of the employees at the desk even suggested I do it, which was a bit disappointing.

The ladies at the reception were fabulous! It is thanks to them that our stay was most pleasant! The location couldn’t be better.
Some cleaners were good, some weren’t. Maintenance crew was on holiday between Christmas and New Year, when the hotel was full. When problems occured they couldn’t be fixed.

Very big flat, 3 independent rooms with kitchen and shower, very suitable for people who will stay longer. The location is perfect, next to the central station. Survice is also top, good lobby and provide tea and coffee. Room is clean and has big windows so the view is also good. King bed, a makeup mirror so you can sit on sofa and do makeup.

Nice location and facilities
Staff at front desk was rude to other customers while I was there, even raising their voices to uncomfortable levels against one of the guest, which I found to be very unprofessional. Seems unacceptable for a 5-star accommodation to treat their guests in this way, as I presume all staff were trained well and know they should under no circumstance raise their voice against guests and always stay respectful.

Very convenient location fpr. Staff is kind and always helpful. Nice gym, available all the time. Laundry facilities are much appreciated.

The hotel is right across the street from the train station with easy access to trains and trams and many restaurants. The suite is well equipped for meal preparation and there is plenty of room for relaxing or working. The bed was comfortable and the suite was very quiet. Coffee and tea were available 24/7 in the spacious lounge. The front desk workers were very helpful and friendly.

The free coffee bar with flavor syrups in the lobby was a very nice touch. I also like that the reception staff was friendly. Parking, while expensive, is directly behind the property making it easy to load and unload luggage.
The elevator system, while very secure, takes some getting used to. It was also a but concerning when we first arrived to find earplugs next to the bed, and a massive construction site that we had not been forewarned about. As it turned out, the construction must only occur during the week, and since we were there over a weekend, it wasn't a problem.

The location is excellent with easy acess to public transport and shops (main train station, tram,bus..) Although the hotel itself is big, but there are four elevators to accommodate the guests. The check in staff was friendly and helpful, the check in is open 24/7 with free coffee and tea at the reception. The room itself has enough space and is clean and quiet despite being close to the main road, with well equipped kitchennete and a very comfortable bed. Parking is available in a parking house across a courtyard, approximately 100 metres from the hotel.
Unfortunately, there is a construction site right next to the hotel but it didn't really affect our stay. Other than that, no complaints.

Excellent location across from the central station. Very big corner room with big windows and a living room. Well-equipped kitchenette with fridge, kettle, toaster, stove, oven, dishwasher, tableware and crockery. Big comfortable bed. A TV each in the bedroom and living room. Free coffee in the lobby. Fully free (including detergent) self-service laundry room on every floor. Interesting lift system where, in the lobby, you choose a floor first, using the room key card, before a lift is assigned. But going down from the room is just by button press as usual. Plenty of supermarkets and halal restaurants nearby, and even a halal supermarket within walking distance. Easy to get around with tram stops nearby.
No wardrobe - just a small rack for hanging clothes. No railing for towel in bathroom, just hooks.

This is our 2nd time in this lovely appartment hotel in Rotterdam, coming for the North sea Jazz Festival. Appartments are well maintained and convenient. They include everything required for a family stay, including a fully-equiped kitchen.
Beds were comfy, the rooms were very clean, service at reception was good.
Location is very convenient, right across Rotterdam central train station
There are constructions right next to the building, that we weren't informed about. This caused some noise (although windows reduced this noise) and the view from windows was of a construction site :(

The hotel is located very convenient 3 minutes walk from the central station which is very convenient. The room is spacious and 2 adults can stay there nicely (one in the sleeping room and the second in the living room). The room has small kitchen including dishwasher.
The air conditioning is very good which is great in the NL.
The hotel is located near a building area, we were during the weekend so we didn’t hear it but it might be noisy during the week days.
