- Great location next to Erasmus bridge. - Cool design, nice room. Clean and well equipped, incl. many towels etc. - Fantastic breakfast - wide and high quality selection. - Great staff at reception and breakfast - nice, fast, efficient
- Room could be maintained better - some sockets were loose in the headboard, broken angels were painted over rather then properly repaired. Shame in a design property..

The location is steps away from the cruise terminal so fantastic if you're about to take a cruise, otherwise it's in a decent location. Staff at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful.
No television in the room! Thats never happened to me before. The ceiling was concrete and felt like I was in a high-class prison cell. Bed was lumpy and no extra pillows. Glass wall separating the bathroom/shower and the bedroom
