checkin good. cleanliness of the room. breakfast was excellent.
Location of the shower. NOot enough lighting in the room. Odd locations of mirrors hiding something behind. TV system integrated into a mirror,, difficult to see in the daytime. Pricing was high.

My stay at nhow Rotterdam was excellent from start to finish. The hotel has a modern design, stunning views of the city skyline, and a great location close to key attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. A special mention to Laurens at reception, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable.

Amazing breakfast, friendly staff, nice location.
Got an our free spa in our booking but couldn’t even use it because everything was full. Prices of drinks downstairs in the lobby could be a bit less expensive in my opinion.

I had selected a room with a bathtub, but we were given one without it. I was really looking forward to having a bathtub, as it was something I truly wanted for my stay. But it was amazing even tho.

A lot of effort has gone into the design of the hotel and the rooms. The location and view is great (especially if you have a room on the river side or from the gym or bar), the staff was very friendly and supportive
There had been a huge leakage for which the elevators and sauna and (for 1 day) the gym weren’t working properly. The staff went out of their way to compensate for this hiccup though. Some of the furniture in the room was a bit worn out and damaged

The view from the hotel room was incredibly good, room was clean, and very kind personal☺️
We were traveling with dog, normally in description it’s written that hotel provides different staff for dog. It was so but the dog bed provided has been super dirty ? we didn’t use it because it was absolutely filthy. If it’s possible to change this could be nice ? Also there was special proposal for free cocktails if we won’t ask for cleaning but we didn’t receive any voucher for it as it was written in papers in the room.

The staff was wonderful and welcoming. Luca, front desk, was great and Maldonna, guest relations, went out of her way to make us feel comfortable.
The bathroom was terrible. All glass. No privacy. Breakfast was not very nice. The tongs were laying in the food. Big tub hard to get in and out of. No hand rails to hold on to. Painful ridge between bathroom floor and the room. Really had to watch out not to step on it. The glass door for the toilet and the bathroom was very confusing.
