Location, large room with good storage space, comfortable bed.
Room didn’t really allow for any natural light. My window looked into a void which was surrounded by each internal wall to the building.

the staff member that checked me in was really smiley and friendly , i also liked the free refreshments at the front of the lift, a really nice gesture
i didn’t like the noise pollution outside (nothing to do with the hotel itself to be honest) and i also experienced 2 bites on my body after my first night there meaning there is some hygiene issues, i was also unable to close the windows for some reason

We liked the location and the price, it was perfect! The hotel looked nice and the beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed breakfast. Staff at reception was very friendly.
We stayed in the room 151. The problems started at night: single glazing windows let in all the noise from the street though our room was actually facing some kind of backyard. But I could hear the passing cars and groups of people the whole night. I also heard our neighbours in the hotel coming back home. The worst thing came at 6:45 in the morning, on a Sunday, when a kind of ventilation started running somewhere underneath our room and it was impossible to sleep after that. I'm sure it wasn't on the previous evening. I called the reception about it, but nothing happened. When we went to have breakfast, I realised that our room must be just above the kitchen, so I guess at 6:45 they started to work. When we returned home, I found that I forgot my favourite trousers with a leather belt in the hotel - I guess I was tired. I sent 2 emails and made one phone call - no answer. I know it would have been difficult to send it back to me, but I expect at least a reaction!!

The room, facilities and staff were all great.
The breakfast was slightly eccentric, with some options on the cheaper end (e.g. cordial rather than juice). The decor is slightly dilapidated.

Room space was very good.
Everything seemed super clean.
Construction happening just side by side.
There was also an Air conditioning inside the room, with no control inside. I asked the staff everyday to turn it off and he never did.
I literally got sick there.

The actual room was pleasant with good facilities (clothes steamer, fan, hairdryer, coffee maker, fridge). The staff were accommodating to our requests (extra pillows, milk etc...) and we liked the tea/ coffee facilities and fridge.
We opted for 2x balcony rooms which were very tired and in need of renovation. The room was noisy and the family in the next room to ours were arguing and fighting all night. This disrupted our sleep and enjoyment of the visit. The staff did try to deal with this issue.
My husband and son saw a mouse on the main stairway, luckily I only learnt of this after we left or I wouldn't have felt happy staying for the duration of our booking. We opted out of breakfast so I can't comment on the food/ facilities.

The room was very spacious nice balcony
I didn't like how I was treated by the receptionist when I had told him I had pre paid and he said he couldn't find it not even making the effort to at least tell me ok cam you please wait and try to sort it out was dismissed as if I am a scammer or mental which m not then on the bill there is a 9euros charge of welcoming surprise which we didn't get anything accept a hand written note pushed under the door later in the evening they had loads of booking I understand but to be treated like that is very degrading unrespectful.

Good location - about 10 - 12 minutes walk from Central Station. Lots of restaurants and shops immediately close by.
Hotel is part of the NH brand, so very much a standard approach to design, cleanliness, and facilities. Efficient reception staff.
Nice, big bedroom and bathroom.
Large breakfast restaurant, with a wide choice of hot and cold food.
A restaurant is advertised on website and hotel information for evening meals, but doesn't seem to exist- neither does any room service, other than breakfast.
Breakfast on Saturday starts at 8 am, which is much too late. There's inevitably a queue of people waiting for the restaurant to open, resulting in a rush of people for food and seating. Breakfast in most hotels would normally start at 7.00 or 7.30, even at a weekend.

When arriving I had to wait almost an hour after check in time as they still hadn’t “cleaned” our room. When finally getting into the room it wasn’t cleaned to a high standard. The room was ok but bathroom was dirty especially the bath which had black stains in the bottom and mould on the roof/corners of the room. The hotel is outdated and definitely not a 4*. The TV was tiny and didn’t have any signal at all. Both my partner and I woke up on the 2nd day with bites all over our bodies. I felt super unclean and will not be back. There was also works going on across the street which had us up super early every morning. If it wasn’t for the convenience of the location I wouldn’t have stayed after the first night!
