Location was very convenient for access from/to Rotterdam Centraal railway station (Eurostar). Good room size, large bathroom, comfortable bed, chairs, etc.
The hotel premises are showing their age. WiFi was poor, even the "premium" service. Desk lamp was not working. Currently the woks on a building renovation opposite the hotel are generating quite a bit of noise. Obviously this will go away at some time on the future, but at the moment it is loud enough to disturb sleep and/or quiet working conditions.

The location is very good, just at the center of the shopping district, walking distance to all sightseeing. Hotel staff are very nice and friendly. The facilities are clean and in good condition.

Location and we stayed in a nice size room number 720 (7th floor) with beautiful views over Rotterdam. Only 15 minutes walk from the Central Station.
Unfortunately our room did not have an air conditioner and we stayed there end of June with very warm weather. It means it was very warm in the room.

Loud drain noises, then once moved - went into a bathroom that had leaked water everywhere! Was the most shocking stay. Didn't stay another night so well over due a refund!

The location is very good. Right middle of everything.
The room is so small, the bed is also small compared to the stars of this hotel. As a 4 stars hotel first time I see a room this small. The room is also full of mosquito. There is also a door between hallway and the room which is totally unnecessary. It is also not possible to keep it opened. And there is ko air-conditioning in this hotel so if you come in a very hot day, you are steamed.
