Room was comfortable (if a little too hot, even with the radiator off). Great hairdryer! Convenient location for the Circus Festival.
SO noisy. I had a room overlooking the street and it was crazy for much of the night. Traffic, car horns, revving engines (a lot of obnoxious petrol heads in Rotterdam, apparently) and construction. Needed earplugs. No warning from the check-in staff.

The cleanliness in all areas, the hotel's location in a very central spot, the staff was very kind and the breakfast was very good.

The location was very good and there was plenty to see around the hotel. The value was good as well for this star rating.
Beds were very stiff and hard, there was a lot of noise from the hallway and other rooms. Cleaning people were very loud and for some reason were just outside of my room for most of the day. As the doors weren't sealed on the bottom, you could hear everything from the other rooms as well. The fridge had leftover food from the previous guest so the cleaning was not up to standards.
