The location is not bad and from outside it looks really nice, but once you go inside, it is a disaster
I originally reserved this hotel for a colleague travelling for work, but due to an emergency he had to cancel, so I went instead.
Before arriving, I checked the recent reviews and was shocked by how many mentioned cleanliness problems. I asked the receptionist about this directly when I arrived, and she admitted they had ongoing issues in some rooms.
The smell in the room was already unpleasant, but what made me leave was finding blood stains all over the bed sheets. At that point I knew I could not stay there, especially while travelling for work and needing proper rest.
I informed the receptionist before leaving, and she told me that other guests had complained about similar things before and that there was not much she personally could do.
I left the hotel only a few hours after check-in. Unfortunately, Booking.com was unable to help resolve the situation.
This was honestly one of the most uncomfortable hotel experiences I’ve had.

Location was great along with he 24 hrs front desk. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
No coffee in room but that was ok given the price and time I was there, only 5 hrs.

Location is fine, even the size of the rooms. Staff is friendly.
It was obvious that someone smoked in the room. Wasn’t very nice. There also was mold in the bathroom and the curtains weren’t fully functioning. The bed was really hard.

Disappointing
We didn't eat anything at restaurant
We have booked rooms at this hotel several times because we really love the view and the fact that it’s on a boat. Unfortunately, in all the rooms we tried, the windows clearly need repairs. Cold wind was coming in even when the windows were closed, and the room was very cold. As a result, we both caught a cold.

That I know what a prison cell feels like
If I could give a negative 5 star rating I would. We checked out immediately after seeing the room. Very dirty, including windows and walls. Bed was low quality, felt like I would get bed bugs. The woman didn’t even apologize or seem surprised when we checked out 5 mins after checking in.

Everything was terrible. I asked for a room overlooking the river and they gave me another room that I had not booked. I asked for a double bed and when I arrived they gave me two small ones and I had to push the two beds together to sleep with my partner. They didn't want to change the room for the one I had actually booked because they said they had no more rooms left. It went so badly that I even ended up arguing with my partner and ending the relationship. I don't know, I don't recommend it to anyone... BE CAREFUL, DO NOT BOOK WITHOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF REFUND. They are scammers, because they didn't give me the room I had booked and they refused to change it.

Just location.
Worst and dirtiest hotel I ever stayed. I’ve booked a hotel with a sea view and they said it was sold out but they have a view with car parking.
There were blood on bathroom walls.Couldn’t take even shower .I felt like if I would have shower in that bathroom I would got dirtier.
You hear all the voices from other 2 rooms till to morning.Even snoring from other rooms

Loved the location, the staff was friendly, and the room was very large in size.
The sound isolation is poor (but that's expected). We could hear the neighbours upstairs talking and walking. Also it was a little cold in the room
