Location
The room was quite noisy at night, as we could clearly hear trams crossing the bridge, which was very annoying and made it difficult to sleep. The blackout curtains also did not fully block out the light, with noticeable light leaking in around the edges. Check-in was another disappointment. We waited around 40 minutes. Although there were four check-in counters, only one staff member was working, resulting in a long queue. The check-in process itself also took much longer than expected. Breakfast was okay, but nothing particularly impressive. For a five-star hotel, I would have expected a better selection and overall experience.

Wonderful
The location and view was very nice and things that people in the U.S. take for granted (like an ice machine and a tub) were such nice treats for us.
We had no complaints about the Haven Hotel. We can recommend it to others.

We arrived at 11:00 PM. We didn't get all the rooms until 3:00 AM. The reception told us we had to wait because some rooms were occupied and that will check out at 3:00 . They gave us one room, but there were other guests already there, which almost caused a big problem because we entered their room. There was absolutely no organization. We asked for the manager on duty, but the reception told us he wasn't there. We booked a suite, but we only got a standard room.

Nice room with great view and a big bathtub. Buffet lunch was delicious.
I arrived at 12:30, but the room wasn't 'ready' and I had to wait till 15:00. The bathtub had hairs in it and never got cleaned. The TV is too big and too close to the bed

Great location with excellent access to the harbor and good access to the city center.
There are few restaurants in the immediate vicinity and the Do cafe is average with ok food, minimal selections and below average service.

High-end hotel, sumptuous breakfast and a hotel with great amenities! The breakfast contains a wide selection of items: cheese, cold cuts, salad, bacon, fries, sausages. They even have an egg station! The pool and sauna were the highlights of my stay. Spacious and quiet rooms; my bathroom had a bathtub that could be used as a jacuzzi. I highly recommend this hotel!
It is located about 10 minutes by tram from the train station.

Wonderful
The property was conveniently located for the start of the Rotterdam marathon. The size of the room was good with excellent views of the harbour and bridge. The bathroom was huge with a good shower and sauna. The bed was super comfortable.
The safe did not work properly which meant it delayed our departure but maintenance quickly fixed it so we were on our way in no time after reporting it to reception. The cost was quite high but it was marathon weekend.

The pastry I had was delicious and the young lady working there was very friendly. Friend ordered a fruit and cheese tray which was enough for 4 people and very good!
I can’t think of a thing except maybe going into the bathroom you could have a sign saying “Step up”. I know 3 of us tripped going in. Of course, we are all older ladies too and none of us were hurt!
