The location of this hotel is truly exceptional. One of the standout features is the panoramic view; being able to see the entire Rotterdam skyline without even leaving the building is a rare luxury. Logistically, it’s perfectly positioned with both metro and tram stations just a few steps away, making city exploration effortless. The culinary offerings were equally impressive. The restaurant serves high-quality, delicious dishes, and the "full breakfast" spread is comprehensive, fresh, and caters to all tastes. Additionally, the spa facilities are aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained.
The only significant drawback was the temperature of the swimming pool. When visiting a high-end spa, there is a reasonable expectation for a warm, inviting pool environment conducive to relaxation. Unfortunately, the water was quite cold, which felt counterintuitive to the restorative nature of a spa experience.

Room was first class, very clean tidy, Breakfast was also great, just lacking in the restaurant as the main was closed due to it been early in the week so the one we attended was poor and when food arrived it was cold and we waited 45 mins to be served
