Room itself, location, facilities with amazing view, breakfast is freshly prepared with a large variety of selection, kitchen staff is very friendly.
1. Communication with front desk is not ideal. Need to request multiple times with different staff on same matter to resolve same problem. For example, untisels are not prepared per guest. 2. Certain facilities are closed at peak travel season. Hammam at spa area is closed. Kitchen closets in suite area are locked and not usable. 3. No bottled water for guests in room (had one small bottle when checking in for a 3 people room), not with complimentary bottle, not with chargable bottle in minibar. Two staff said there should be, one staff said its not provided and costs 4 euro per bottle if needed, call room service to get it. I tried to keep this comment all to myself because what's done is done, and front desk girl was nice to ask if my drive would be long and offered me a coffee and Croissant, apologized about the bad experience. I left invoice title info and checked out. Until I request invoice via the platform, and here again, was requested by front desk to share invoice title and email address, again. Goes back to point No.1. Such service standard for such a hotel, needless to say its disappointing.

Beautiful hotel, well located around most activities
Cleaners were very negligent, our room was never neat and they will even leave things lying all over including their cleaning clothes. The staff were not helpful, no one really cared about any complains

Fantastic staff, wonderful location, comfy bed, great facilities. We had a great time at the bar and were really well looked after by the check in staff as well. Its a beautiful modern building on the water front with fantastic views and right in the centre of town.
When we arrived the sauna was not working, we had deliberately booked a hotel with spa so this was disappointing. The mastic in the shower needs re-doing as there was quite a bit of mould. Please can you get coffee cups with handles for the rooms, its difficult to hold without burning yourself.
