The rooms were very clean, and we had our own bathroom which was lovely. The kitchen was very well equipped and the social spaces were comfortable and well decorated.
The lack of a breakfast was unfortunate and the drinks were quite pricey for a hostel bar.

(TR) Bulunduğu bölgede barların olması hem bir avantaj hem de dezavantajdı. Hafta sonları geç saatlerde biraz gürültü olabiliyor, ancak bu durum bizi etkilemedi ve odamız sessizdi. Birçok noktaya yürüme mesafesindeydi. Havalandırmadan soğuk hava geliyordu ve bunu çözemediler. Ertesi gün söylediğimizde ilgileneceklerini söylediler ama açıkçası bir işlem yapıldığını düşünmüyoruz. Ancak o akşam resepsiyondaki görevli önce ısıtıcı olmadığını söyledi, sonrasında ise yardımcı olmaya çalışarak ekstra ince bir pike verdi. Oda ve banyo genişti ve oldukça temizdi. (ENG) The location, with bars around, was both an advantage and a disadvantage. It could get a bit noisy late at night on weekends, but it didn’t affect us and our room was quiet. It was within walking distance of many places. Cold air was coming from the ventilation, and they couldn’t fix it. When we mentioned it the next day, they said they would look into it, but honestly, we don’t think anything was done. However, that evening the receptionist first said there was no heater available, but later tried to help and provided an extra thin blanket. The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean.

The staff, both during the day and at night, were super helpful and friendly. The street is very lively, but still not as noisy as I expected. I was able to check in early and leave my stuff in the luggage room before and after my stay, which we travelers appreciate a lot.
As I shared with the staff, I was disappointed by the fact that the room wasn't cleaned for a day which is not cool, since it is a shared space.

The location is perfect among a lot of restaurants and bars, near of metro /tram station. 10 min walking to the main station central stuff are nice and helpful. The room is a good size with shared bathroom and shower. A big kitchen with a lot of facilities, I love it!!!

location is great, just in the most vibrant street in the city center, perfect if you are looking for a couple of night outs. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
Cleaning not very satisfactory, rooms a bit cramped and offers little comfort or privacy even for a hostel. bedbugs :(((

People working there are kind and assist when you need them to . Kitchen and rest of facility is awesome. Actualy its beter than photos on booking . Recommend anyone that is coming to Roterdam .
