I liked the view. To be able to see the river was brilliant. The location is in the city center which provides and easy walk anywhere you wish. I did not include breakfast due to it being expensive, yet I tried to buy food at least once and it exceeded my expectations. Towels were changed during room service, happy to have new clean ones. Discount on parking is fantastic. Though it was not clear that we had to pay at the front desk.
The room was dirty, there was pretzels in the corner under the table, which made me question even if the sheets were clean. The HVAC would randomly turn off causing me to continuously wake up drained. When room service came, I thought the pretzels would be gone, but no. The drinking glasses were still stained and they smelled awful. With this in mind, I preferred to avoid breakfast thinking dishes aren't washed. I was told properly that the bedsheets would not be changed which is acceptable seeing our short stay. The spa is not much, you must pay an extra fee and walk to another side of the other hotel, the pool was freezing cold. For the amount of amenities it was not worth paying an extra fee.

The view was amazing and the bed was really comfortable. The room was clean.
We stayed in the junior suite and the toilet flush was not working. Also the room doesn't have a smart tv.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The interior is beautiful, elegant, and very well maintained. Our room had an amazing view, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection of delicious food. A special thank you to the breakfast staff—they do an excellent job and are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Wonderful
The room was located in a quiet corner in the hotel. The location is convenient for travelling to the Ahoy for the North Sea Jazz Festival. The breakfast was amazing, it catered for all types of eaters, the food was fresh and the variety made it easy to eat different meals each day.

The view from our window was great, directly overlooking an important canal, you could see the flair of the city from there. It is right next to the Erasmus bridge, so it's a really good location. The staff were very helpful, the bed was comfortable, the amenities nice. Bonus: The bar at the lobby has an excellent selection of beers.
The room was smaller than expected, looks bigger in pictures. The room was generally clean, but we did find traces of makeup in one pillow, which we just decided not to use, so cleaning can be improved. There was no breakfast possibility that we could see in the hotel, the restaurant was still closed when we left in the morning.
