Wow….the location! We requested a room with a view….we were not disappointed! We arrived by car …car parking was ok…but confused but ok. Welcome at check in was lovely. Room very clean. Bed super comfortable too. The room above us was partying hard….very loud music and moving furniture. As we were going out for a walk we mentioned it to reception who were very helpful .dinner later on in the restaurant was delicious and great staff in there too. A good nights sleep

Tram, train and bus stop right outside. Very close to restaurants and shops. Good views of the canal. Comfy beds
It doesn't tell you the swimming pool is actually in the hotel next door or that to access it you have to go 8 stories in a glass elevator above the canal, you also need the receptionist to access it. The shower is a bad design where the floor just gets constantly wet no matter making it slippery. The bathroom door is sliding glass that doesn't close either.

The view. They gave me and my daughter a 10th floor view over the bridge and surrounding water.The spa and swimming pool.
