Nice clean hotel and friendly staff. Staff in bar area excellent service
Room tea and coffee not replenished with out asking, The room we had was on the corner 7th floor with a view of Erasumus Bridge. very noisy due to traffic but could not fault the hotel for that.

The hotel looks good and the room is quite ok overall. Location was quite convenient for my conference
Staff could be more friendly and accommodating. I guess this was the norm as it's the Netherlands. I couldn't check in before 15h, but at least I could leave my luggage. There was noise in the room in the night until past 23h. Apparently, there was an event in the rooftop, which by the way is unfortunately not usable by guests as there is no bar or restaurant there. The hotel rate is high, rather overpriced

Location was really good. Tram and metro is just next to hotel. It was a clean and comfy hotel!
Bathroom door! There is no intimacy at all :)
