The location is good, close to transport station, not far from the city centre. Restaurants and coffee shops near. Big shower :)
The room is very small. One big suitcase when is open and there is no more space. I missed a fridge in the room. The towels are thin and kind of old, and you only receive one big towel per person

Noisy people outside could be heard inside the room. The room had no kettle, tea bags, fridge, etc. You have to "rent" lockers to store suitcases and you pay per hour used. I requested months in advance a quiet room, somehow they did not see it in the system, had to make a few calls and gave me a room away from elevators but in front of main road...

Price according to the room too high.
The price was too high for the little compact rooms that we got, in comparison with other hotel in de area. I could have chosen another hotel, but I choose your hotel because of the popular name that IBIS got. I was disappointed for the high price I have to pay.

The staff was so friendly. The young man who checked us in was great, despite it being his first day! The bartender was so friendly and working hard. The staff was the best part of our stay.
There were no hand towels in the room. The room had a bad smell (possibly dog urine?). The shower temp was inconsistent. Lighting was lacking.

The location is amazing, it's clean, comfy - what else do you need.
Extra pillows could be nice for the neck. Ours were too soft for the neck. Otherwise - no problem.

I was very annoyed to see that the hotel was offered for more than a $100.00 less a few days ago. The lady at the desk told me that they fluctuate the prices. I can understand a bit of difference but not that much. For $274.00 Canadian this hotel was overpriced. I had expected more for this price. I booked it in January. I did not have a breakfast included and there was a locker to store my suitcase which was too small and expensive. It felt like a cheap flight.

I love this location. It is so close the the Marthal Market and other great restaurants. Also great location for catch the train.
I love this place so I having nothing to say but I stay here everytime I come to Rotterdam.
