The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and very wide variety of cold and hot food and drinks. The room was beautiful, fab high ceilings, crisp linen/towels. Fridge very handy, kettle and coffee machine in room. Room and bathroom spotlessly clean. Very good location, restaurants within walking distance and short tram ride to Rotterdam Central.
Nothing. (Might be nice to have walk-in shower but that's being very picky. Shower over bath was perfectly fine and good water pressure.)

The staff was super friendly and supportive. They have an amazing breakfast and the room that I was in albeit small, I grew to love how cozy it was and how I had everything I needed within reach. Another note, that you had everything around the hotel from different international restaurants to fast food chains, markets and all your site seeing locations nearby.
The only thing that bothered me, was the lack of a tooth paste as part of the bathroom essentials. Aside from that everything was very good.

Great location and within walking distance of the many attractions,we walked to euromast on a very hot day and it was a nice walk ,but also near to transport (trams) if needed ,staff are exceptional and the rooms are spotless ,a place where I felt relaxed and at home ,breakfast was great with lots of choice,it was also a quiet area and we had a great night's sleep ,a great atmosphere in the bar area ,our room had air conditioning ,a large bathroom with a large bath and shower ,the room was larger than most hotel rooms with some nice furniture and a large TV ,also had free internet , but we didn't use it .a lift to upper floors and a tourist information leaflet library ,also tea and coffee in room with plenty of choice of flavours .

We were returning home after a cycling tour and the hotel was a good location, near the train station with secure bike storage in their car park. The staff were friendly, the hotel very comfortable and well appointed. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide range of options, cooked and continental. My room was very quiet because it was at the rear of the hotel.

We were a group of 6 cyclists, the secure parking was very important for booking but everything else was great. Nice bar, lovely garden, great breakfast , great staff and a super location near the museumpark
Room didn't have aircon and street was noisy (mainly due to the world cup though)

Wonderful
The staff were lovely. From the first floor at the front of the hotel, we had a lovely green view of the street's plane trees. Despite 37 degree heat, the fan kept the room just about cool enough. Great breakfast!
