The Hostel is conveniently located near Rotterdam Central Station
Since it's a hostel and hotel both in one, there is no common space. Like when you think about a hostel, you think of some common areas where you could sit, watch some tv interact with others, maybe a common cooking area also.

Bedbugs. I spent my night scratching my legs and other exposed body parts.

Very Good
The hotel had the basics such as towels and hairdryer. The staff was extremely helpful. My phone died and they let me borrow their phone and make a call. Four-five different staff members helped me out at different times.
I booked a twin room but was given a 6-bed dorm. I got scared that i booked a hostel but it was because they did not have any rooms available.

The staff at the reception was professional and spoke good English
We paid a lot for breakfast that was very poor and looked like leftovers. Very little options and extremely expensive for what was available. Staff had a chance of going over and beyond but did not. The room was very hot and the air conditioner was not on..

The location is good
Definitely people is living in there, there is not ac so in summer is extremely hot and there is not even a fan, you have to pay to get a locker and for not more than 24 hours, it clean but definitely could be better the bathroom had a weird smell

The room was clean and spacious for 2 people! The breakfast was nice but the bonus was the pancake maker! I recommend it as an affordable accommodation.
