Disappointing
Friendly and helpful staff. When I chose to have the breakfast it was good. Good luggage storage facility.
Not enough locker space. Elements in room were broken or missing. E.g. No folder on bunk bed for bunk ID card. One morning, there were workmen drilling or grinding something through the wall right next to the room I was in. Nothing was said about this.

Under refurbishment. Stained mattress cover. No undersheet to cover mattress. Had booked a double bed bedroom and got a 6 single beds bedroom.

The location was good close to amenities and station
The rooms were filthy! Dust and hairs everywhere! We have been bitten to shreds a from something in the mattresses!! Me and my friend traveled together were 2 girls the first room we were put in consisted of 4 men which wouldnt have been to bad had they not been rude and intrusive! I was in bed and a man in the room grabbed my foot this is a complete stranger! Why are You touching me!! We were that uncomfortable we packed up and asked if we could be moved into either a room with other females or a room with jus 2 beds now we paid 120 for 4 nights and were told if we wanted to change to a room with 2 beds we would need to pay another 750 each!! This is a hostel are you joking! So we asked to jus be moved to a room with other females, we were given an empty 6 person room an told only females would be assigned, this we could deal with! We go out for a while come back and theres a man in the room so we were like ok no worries we can deal maybe theyll put other females in as well, the guy was cool we got on with him! Then another guy was put in so we were like ok no worries! Then at 2 am they decided to move in another 2 guys who were extremely rude and arrogant! The guy has woken the 4 of us up by talking on the phone shining his torch in our faces, then he decides to shower by this point its 3am this is a joke!! He then comes in and starts bouncing around on his bed making as much noise as possible! He then gets down from his bunk and is pretty much climbing across our beds to the window which was open to its capacity! None of us were able to get to sleep! Then at 7 am Id had enough and went down explained the situation and made a complaint. We were given a new room by a different staff member and assured that for our last night wed have a room to ourselves and assured they were sorry!! At 12pm someone tried to enter the room we had been promised would be just for the 2 of us!

The staff was friendly, location ok, nice neigborhood.
There were hair from the previous guest in the bathroom, otherwise it was clean.

The staff were helpful & I had a good nights sleep.
The communal area was scarce - when I arrived, the communal breakfast area was closed & there was no communal kitchen. Also, the bedroom could have been cleaner; there was dust on the bed frame. It was also a little cramped as a bedroom compared to other hostels Ive stayed in.

The staff was nice, except the cleaning lady, or maybe she doesnt understand good morning
There are a lot of constructions around the hotel and you cannot get there easier with public transportation. In the hotel they are also renovating and there is no parking. This is a temporary situation but they could have warned for our stay.
