Breakfast was good but very basic Rooms could be better cleaned(remotes were sticky and dusty) Very nosey all night especially from the side street so didn't sleep well.

The staff are great and extremely helpful & can only work with what they are given.
Firstly it's not nice to be greeted at reception with the words 'scan the QR code or download the App to check in after travelling for hours & being tired. There was no advance warning that this needed to be done. What if I had no phone? There were only news channels on the tv, nothing else worked. There was no air vent working in the room so there was one solitary smal fan chained to the wall circulating VERY HOT air in our fifth floor room. We we told it was due to some sort of new low carbon policy. I call BS as the reception area had air conditioning. We could not even open the balcony door as they had 'stays' to prevent children going on to the balconies. We are over 50yrs old, we are not children!! It was a miserable stay for me. AO has become part of that global corporate greed practice which squeezes staff down to a minimun with some of those tasks passed to the public. Thus reducing good services and facilities to their customers with the only beneficiaries being the bottom line and the people at the top. It was an extremely uncomfortable stay & despite staying 3 previous times. I will not be returning. Enough is enough!

The location was great for the international station. There was no English option but we usually left too late for breakfast.
The tv didn’t work we would have liked to watch the World Cup.
