Review: Most of the guests here are smokers, and many do not respect the rules, smoking inside the rooms. The environment can be unpleasant for non-smokers. The staff are not very strict about enforcing rules, which makes the stay less comfortable. Not recommended for those who prefer a smoke-free place.

Location and price.
Staff. There is always a qeueu in front of reception. Even for the short question, you have to wait 10 minutes. I have ignored to ask a couple of times and just walked away instead of waiting.

There were rats on the tables in the rooms. The sheets were unclean and the hallways smelled very unpleasant.

The reception lady was extremely friendly and helpful. Despite the fact that she was working overtime, she was quite positive and cheeful. The other male colleague not at all.
The hotel had a very strange smell, especially the waiting lounge/entrance area. The bed smelled like cigarettes, the pillow especially. The room was dusty, especially under the bed.
