The Hostel is conveniently located near Rotterdam Central Station
Since it's a hostel and hotel both in one, there is no common space. Like when you think about a hostel, you think of some common areas where you could sit, watch some tv interact with others, maybe a common cooking area also. ALSO.. Bedbugs. I spent my night scratching my legs and other exposed body parts.

It was a very warm day and the fan couldn't be moved closer to the bed as it was chained to the wall (no air con) Check in was a ridiculously long process

The hotel had the basics such as towels and hairdryer. The staff was extremely helpful. My phone died and they let me borrow their phone and make a call. Four-five different staff members helped me out at different times.
I booked a twin room but was given a 6-bed dorm. I got scared that i booked a hostel but it was because they did not have any rooms available.

Great location relative to Rotterdam Centraal station and a tram line, with cafe's a short walk away including a really good vegan one. Good size room and a good continental breakfast. Responsive staff.
Could not get the air-conditioning to work, so appreciated the two room fans.

Breakfast was good but very basic Rooms could be better cleaned(remotes were sticky and dusty) Very nosey all night especially from the side street so didn't sleep well.
