Review:
Most of the guests here are smokers, and many do not respect the rules, smoking inside the rooms. The environment can be unpleasant for non-smokers. The staff are not very strict about enforcing rules, which makes the stay less comfortable. Not recommended for those who prefer a smoke-free place.

Location and price.
Staff. There is always a qeueu in front of reception. Even for the short question, you have to wait 10 minutes. I have ignored to ask a couple of times and just walked away instead of waiting.

The reception lady was extremely friendly and helpful. Despite the fact that she was working overtime, she was quite positive and cheeful. The other male colleague not at all.
The hotel had a very strange smell, especially the waiting lounge/entrance area. The bed smelled like cigarettes, the pillow especially. The room was dusty, especially under the bed.

The hotel is decent to stay at and it's near the central station. It's walkable. But to go to the harbour or market hall you need to take the tram. The reception people are really nice and there is a fast checking option.
The facilities are not up to the price. The room view is not great. And it's a bit noisy at night as we had heard few talking in corridors. The locality is not lively but there are few places to grab food and enjoy.
