Exceptional
The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious as well.
The staff are also very responsive and supportive.
They helped with storing the language in the locker room even after the checkout time.
The location is nearby to the tram station which is easy to commute to central or even walk is also fine.
Breakfast is also reasonable, we enjoyed our stay.

the plug in all room were broken, we were eight so it was a big problem because we couldn’t charge any of our devices which were fundamental

The staff at the reception and the location.
The given room was as dusty as an old warehouse. The room was covered with dust on every surface. The bedsheets were so dirty and the bed was covered with food crumbs. I went to reception and asked for a room change. The new room they put me into was still dusty and had dirty sheets.

Location ,price per night was pretty good.
Servis room doesn't work ,4 days and no one visit our room to clean or change to towels absolutely nothing .
My friend found some nails on the bed when we arrived.

The position was good and the hostel clean, like a&o are in general.
It was a bit pricey. Also beds did not have spaces to place personal items, like small racks or shelves, which would have been practical.

Self-check in & out. Reasonable pricing. Convenient location.
The biggest hindrance was the unavailability of parking next to the hotel at the time of our stay due to renovation works. Dust on the top of bedframes was also not appreciated.

All are self serviced, there’s no bedsheet or duvet covers for bunk bed
Only one towel for booking for four
And limited choice for breakfast and all devices were not plugged in at 9am until we told the staff

Comfortable beds and cosy rooms. Nice short walk along the canal from the train station to the hostel.
Other groups in the hostel were noisy at night. The breakfast was okay.

Unfortunately, the experience was so bad that I can't point to anything positive.
I am a 46-year-old woman and I was treated to a filthy, male room, a den of weed consumers. I complained only at check out because my check in was done at midnight and after 13 hours of travel and I would only stay one night, so I preferred to rest and pretend dementia

Wonderful
Great location! Family room has its own bathroom. Luggage can be stored until checkin
Checkin is impossible before 15h, even if the room is ready. Late response to messages via booking- better call.
