The staff were very polite and friendly. The location is close to the city center and surrounded by many food options. It’s a perfect place to stay and spend a few days in Rotterdam.

It wasnt too far away from the main metro station so was fairly easy to go out when I did
The bathroom wasnt cleaned properly and when I asked for my room to be cleaned all the staff did was take out the towels and not even change them for clean ones they also didnt make my bed or anything

Said good location... Safe in daylight, not to walk around in the dark! Drug dealing all day and night long right around the corner in the alley

The staff was exceptional. The security was well improved from my last visit. The Girl at the counter was very helpful and never hesitated to answer any questions we had. I have stayed here on a few deferent occasions and have never had a bad experience

Disappointing
Comfortable bed and 10 minutes walk from the train station. The staff in general was helpful. It was clean.
The room was very small and hot, there was only one fan, very noisy, that was kept on all night, I didn't have the space to open my trolley, I didn't have a locker where to put it ( there were a couple of lockers under the beds but not enough for every customer).
The atmosphere at the reception felt a bit dodgy, not the safest (I got a bit weary when I also heard a young man claiming his money back because he said he was assaulted in the room he was staying).
The girl at the reception wasn't particularly friendly ( maybe she was tired) but she tried to help me (without asking) putting me in a room with only females instead of a mixed one, which I appreciated, but still, I didn't feel very safe.

Like 1st time I stayed in hostel outside of Amsterdam and this is good, better than most of them
People coming at night making noice, turning music on , like I woke up for 4 times at night just becose other people do not care about you
