Good location and very polite friendly reception staff.
Long wait for coffee and toast at breakfast. Another machine and toaster would have helped.

The staff at the reception was really nice. The room was bigger than expected. There is an elevator and some space to sit near reception. You can reach the hotel within a few minutes from Centraal Station. At the moment, there are constructions on the road further down but otherwise there is also a tram station right in front of the hotel so it's really easy to reach.
The water in the bathroom sink didn't drain and no one fixed it (after reporting it). The shower and the floor in the room had some stains. There is a little bar for coffee, tea and cocktails downstairs but it's really pricy.

The room waa dirty. The dust hasn’t been cleaned for idk like 2months? It waa flying everywhere and was on everything.

Entrance gate get locked even in day time. I had booked and paid online. Stil we cud not access the entrance.
