Perfectly located near the Rotterdam Central Train Station. Shops & bars within easy walking distance.
The receptionist, whose first name is “Trish”, had an extremely rude and hostile attitude and acted in an unprofessional and hostile manner to my friend and me. My overall rating was solely due to the receptionist's name, Trish's unprofessional actions.

the walls are thin, you can hear everyone in the hall in front of the door, and the people are loud cuz its mostly young people in big groups

I didnt know about the period limit and I have not been refunded of my paid days in advance yet. They don't answer my emails. I emailed them and texted them before my check out and still havent got any answer

Minimal and great location. Very close to the station.
Cleaning could do with some improvement, we've had used condoms papers under the bed when checked in. Also not much lighting in the rooms.

The room was clean and spacious for 2 people! The breakfast was nice but the bonus was the pancake maker! I recommend it as an affordable accommodation.

EXPENSIVE, no food included, the pipes and the whole room stank a lot, people making noise all the time, impossible to sleep. SUPER BAD EXPERIENCE.

Six person room with private bathroom facilities
Dirty towels, bed linens and un-emptied dustbins in the room. We were however immediately given a different room.
