The roommates are unpredictable, and some are even aggressive. I reported the experience to the staff, but they ignore it.

Smoke coming from outside to inside the room everyday/everytime. Too many drugged people outside

Had to pay extra (and wait 90 minutes) for an earlier than normal check in. Luggage storage was not offered. Room and en suite were a bit small.
