Pleasant
I liked the staff. They were very nice and helpful, also the location of the hotel, was very good.
What i didn't like is the check out time, it should be 12:00pm not 10:00. The bathrooms and walls are very dirty not tidy at all. The shower and the sinks are old and rusty. Also one of our mattress/beds where uneven, our nights weren't very comfortable. Renovations are highly recommended.

Disappointing
The staff were nice. The location was okay, not hard to walk around and suuuper close to the train station which was great. The detox water was nice :)
My room smelled so bad. I get that it’s more of a guest thing but the windows were not helping at all. There was never really much air in the room so it was not only stinking but also hot. The bathroom wasn’t really clean either. Could be okay for 1-2 night stays due to the good pricing.

It was a smooth check in loved the bath it was very good apart form
Pretty sure it has bed bugs I am COVERED in bites like 20+ I have never in my life been so itchy for so long it has been over a week and I am so incredibly itchy. Not only me but my friend was also coveted, apart from that fantastic

Only 1 overworked staff member doing everything, toilet was broken in our room, facilities did not feel clean

Staff were friendly but seemed to only be one of them with far too much to do, so service was slow but at no fault of person working on the desk.
No AC or elevator, while being on the fifth floor so way too hot in the summer with a useless fan. Bathroom had no fan so showering heated up the room even more. We booked breakfast but from 10 onwards when the breakfast finished at 11, there was barely anything left and nothing being restocked.

Good location, nice for the price
There was a heatwave and we couldn't open the window past a gap of like 2cm. I get not wanting the windows fully openable but there was >30°C and we couldn't sleep at all

What I liked most was that the staff were very friendly and welcoming
Our room was very small. I don't think it was suitable for six people or for a family of six.
