Very Good
A very enjoyable stay for a single person, with a lovely breakfast option included in the with the price, with a variety of food to choose from. The location of the hotel was ideal, being very close to Rotterdam central and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming during my stay.
I understand that this was also a hostel with shared dorms, however ,it could have been quieter during the night.

Very Good
Both the receptionists (the girl and the young boy) were polite and respectful. The location was great for me as it was far from the crowded and noisy bars and restaurants that disturb my sleep. The bed was really comfortable and the room was clean enough. I recommend this hostel in Rotterdam. It was a good choice for a short stay. I will definitely try it again in my next trip.

The room was nice and tidy, the shower were astonishing, and the price is amazing.
The staff have really bad attitude towards their clients which makes me not want to book there anymore. The staff there do their jobs really badly.

Not for solo travellers. I didn’t feel safe, and there were many people (I think staying in the Netherlands illegally) who gave a bad impression of the hostel and also very small rooms for for 4 beds rooms.

It was ok, but the check-in process was a headache and the elevator is super slow / long wait each time. Also they signed us a room which wasn't ready at the moment we came in so we had to return to the reception and wait for a new room, all the check-in process took an hour.
The check-in is as inconvenient as possible. The room was freezy.
