My experience in your hostel was horrible, from the moment I stepped into the door that young lady had a despicable behavior, she barely came to help me with that check in, then the fact that I am a woman will not go to the head to put a woman with a woman they gave me a room with 4 men which I repeat is not normal and acceptable, not even the linen put on the bed and a towel, the minimum necessary for one person I had to go get my linen, rent a towel something I have never encountered before some charlatans you pay for a literally empty bed.

The staff at the reception was professional and spoke good English
We paid a lot for breakfast that was very poor and looked like leftovers. Very little options and extremely expensive for what was available. Staff had a chance of going over and beyond but did not. The room was very hot and the air conditioner was not on..

Definitely people is living in there, there is not ac so in summer is extremely hot and there is not even a fan, you have to pay to get a locker and for not more than 24 hours, it clean but definitely could be better the bathroom had a weird smell

Very friendly and helpful staff! Also the location is very good, close to Centraal Station. Room is simple but clean.
Room is quite small and cramped. Bed is not that comfy.
