We had a big even in Rotterdam with more than 40 people accommodating in two neighbor hotels: Teleport and A&O. Both hotels are budget hotels and comparable. The location was very convenient. In 10-15 minutes you could reach the Central Station, the tram station was just in front of the hotel. There was a nice Kurdish restaurant in five minutes walk to the central station and a nice traditional pub just around the corner. I prefer this one because: 1. The personnel was always very polite and supportive. 2. It has a lobby where people could sit and meet. It has also its drawbacks as homeless and other strange people entering into the hotel without any control and sitting in the lobby. 3. Has a good restaurant, which offers a half price (5 euro) for not a bad food for the children less than 18 y.o. 4. The rooms were bigger than in the other hotel 5. The rooms were clean and accurate
There were homeless people in the elevators, between the stairs and in the lobby, and the smell there was not always pleasant. There were people near the hotel which were smoking cannabis and selling drugs. The bed linen and the towels are changed only per request in reception, so if you don't know that you won't bet new.

Both the receptionists (the girl and the young boy) were polite and respectful. The location was great for me as it was far from the crowded and noisy bars and restaurants that disturb my sleep. The bed was really comfortable and the room was clean enough. I recommend this hostel in Rotterdam. It was a good choice for a short stay. I will definitely try it again in my next trip.

The room was nice and tidy, the shower were astonishing, and the price is amazing.
The staff have really bad attitude towards their clients which makes me not want to book there anymore. The staff there do their jobs really badly.

Not for solo travellers. I didn’t feel safe, and there were many people (I think staying in the Netherlands illegally) who gave a bad impression of the hostel and also very small rooms for for 4 beds rooms.

EXTREMELY dirty rooms, got harassed by some randoms at the lobby and the workers did nothing, there was multiple scammers asking for money in the lobby and again, hotel workers did nothing, very sketchy, didnt felt safe as a female solo traveler

I liked the location, I liked the staff, very nice and accomodating, I liked the breakfast they served, I loved the coffee for breakfast. I liked the bathroom
I didnt like that the cleaning team did not dust, swip and mop appropriately. I didnt like the size of the room for two people. It was almost impossible to walk around the room and coexist in it.

The required facilities to make my stay comfortable are not missing!
The only thing is the kitchen ventilation is poor ..it get really hot in there when there is cooking going on.. solution* the back door could help if opened.
