The room looked nice.
Leaking airconditioning which kept me up all night (even when turned off), no available staff to help during the night and the manager disrespects you when you call with a complaint by saying I was not being truthful. Wished I booked a different hotel.

Very helpful staff. They happily stored luggage for us and ordered a taxi. Very friendly and lovely breakfast
The stairs were rather steep and there was no lift.

Did not live up to pictures at all, very over priced, breakfast was poor, parking was difficult (far away, expensive, limited access). Overall a very poor stay.
