Good breakfast
my room was tiny and below some plumbing/heating lines that clicked on and off all night long- could not sleep! Asked to be moved but non manager reception said I could not. Asked to txt or call manager but nothing happened. BEWARE OF ROOM 310!!!!!

For my purposes the Rooms, breakfast and location was perfect. The transport links are all very close and your walking 10 mins to the museums, Central station and town centre, pending which way you walk.

Heating is poor....reception did not provide any solution but told me it is subjective Iam cold in the room . For such price they must provide proper warmth to guests.

That it was close to everything
Upon arrival, 2 members of my family came with me to help with my luggage. One of the stuff was super rude saying that just one person could sleep in the room. After that , my uncle didn’t want to be anywhere near the hotel. The stuff should be trained on how to speak with people.

The location of the hotel is great - about a 15-minute walk away from the main bus/train stations, with supermarkets and restaurants also nearby. The room was good, clean, comfortable bed. The breakfast wasn't extraordinary but still quite good, there were some nice options.
There is a 50-euro deposit policy which isn't advertised (thankfully, we had some cash with us!). The deposit is returned after checking out but still, would have been a pain if we didn't have any cash. Also the elevator was broken for the first couple of days, and, I, recovering from a knee surgery, found getting to our room on the first floor using stairs quite complicated.

Well-maintained hotel, recently renovated and it shows. Lavazza coffee machine in the room. Spacious triple room with a large bathroom. Good breakfast. There is a steep staircase to reach the upper floor, but once you know it, it’s not a problem. The hotel has an agreement with a parking facility just 5 minutes away on foot (not a private hotel parking lot), which is very convenient for leaving the car and exploring the city on foot.
Soundproofing on the first floor could be improved, despite double glazing plus an additional layer of glass.
