Awkward, small room set up from an older hotel and could clearly hear other guests in the hallway but it was such a lovely, comfortable bed and well equipped place I would stay there again.

Location was good- about a 20min walk to city centre (Rotterdam Centraal). Service was reasonably good.
The bathroom had no ventilation except a little fan- so smelled moldy. No kettle in the room- can get thermos of hot water from reception but it doesn’t stay hot very long. Can get noisy- from other rooms or from the streets.

Breakfast was very good and the service provided by Rosi was exceptional. We were lucky to experience her service before she retired. Location is good, not far from central train station. The room was always clean.
Air conditioner will make the stay more pleasant.

Amazingly clean!! Could not find one bit of dust, and i went round looking for it! Lovely friendly staff. The location was superb! Everything is literally walking distance. Big spacious comfortable room. The bathroom was big, the shower was amazing! Breakfast was decent too
