Convenient location
The pillows smelled like cigarettes. The room lighting was very dingy. We were in room 104 and the noise was shocking. Couple with this the cleaners cupboard was outside our room and we had to fight with the trolley to get in and out if the room.

It was very clean and the staff was friendly. It was a very good location for the price that we paid. Everything is in walking distance or the metro/trainstation is a 15 minute walk.

The hotel is relative close to the Rotterdam Central. At least for me, the distance is not much. There are shops and restaurants close by. It's clean and the receptionists are friendly.

Friendly and helpful staff. The receptionist helped me with recommendations about my stay in Rotterdam and gave me very useful tips to move around as a solo traveller. I asked for a tea kettle for my room and this was made possible. A family hotel, true to its essence. Breakfast was varied and abundant. Strategic location to see the sights: 10 min by tram/metro from Delfshafen, Port, cube houses.
Toiletries could be improved (better soap, tissues for free) Small renovations could turn this hotel in a small jewel (furniture and wallpaper make it feel "aged").
