Pleasant
Very friendly and polite staffs.
There was not hot water in the shower. The water temperature was not convenient. There was no water boiler in room which is a very basic thing in rooms. Also the little fridge was just for show in room

Really nothing.
Grey toilet paper... Shower gel smells like some gel for toilet... Dirty toilet Heating off... In the morning be colder then outside! Horrible.

Friendly staff, family style hotel, good value for money, very clean, not sure if heating is available, other guests may smoke but I guess this is common in the Netherlands, I had a good stay.

A good place to stay, very close from everything in Rotterdam. The staff is really cool and always available for advices and others services. You have a fridge in the room and it's very useful!
To be really perfect : it just missed a boiler to do some tea and coffee on the room.

We stayed here for one night and it was very good! The room was super clean and the breakfast was very delicious. You had a lot of good options. The staff was also very friendly! I recommend this hotel to everyone!
