Very clean premises but still felt homely and not too clinical like some hotels can feel. Staff are excellent and I like the extra facilities/services they offer like laundry and bike hire.
WiFi didn’t work in our room unfortunately! Also, not something that can be changed of course but just the area it’s in, the hotel feels out of place. It didn’t feel dangerous but it could be quite lively at night. Did not diminish our experience though!

It was convenient to the station, restaurants & shops. The staff were exceptional. Very helpful, professional & polite. The room was clean & comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of food. The cost was good value for money. A perfect overnight stop for us. Thank you.

A simple, but delicious breakfast. The hotel (probably family run), was in a quiet side street, easily accessible from the Eurostar terminal on foot (ca 20 minutes)

A cozy hotel with a classic, old-school feel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. Excellent breakfast! Perfect location! Friendly service.

Lovely staff incl reception. Nice breakfast and bar. Nice old fashioned “ feel”. Very good value
My bed was not very comfortable ( room 201) - too soft a mattress I think. Otherwise a good hotel
