Is clean and cute
Most of the staff is really unfriendly and uninterested they make you feel the opposite of welcome.The girl that was supposed to tell me the rules and all of this was like “ill do it quick cause they are waiting for me” like super awkward and I saw so may awkward interactions with other guests, when they were asking questions. Only one person with a hat was ok

The hostel is a safe, social and warm haven for solo travelers and groups alike. It managed to be precise, fully equipped and providing in every aspect yet keep its home-like charm. Special thank to Fleur for being extra.?

Safe and friendly environment
The lack of elevators is quite bad and the fact that the hostel doesn’t offer anything but the beds. Nothing else is included and must be paid extra even safe luggage room while there is no way to store heavy luggage in the upper floors

Wonderful
The interior design was phenomenal, I was taken back as soon as I entered. The space created by the owners is a social and visual masterpiece. I also appreciated the flaky soap dispensers.

-Incredibly friendly people -considerate guests that know how to behave like guests -safe place for my bicycle -slept like a prince -very cosy common area with a cat -cleaner than my house ?

Staff were really nice and friendly, easy to check in and out, also the queen of the place (the cat is really cute). the loungue area is very comfy and relaxing to have a beer after wandering for Rotterdam.

Disappointing
- Eco-friendly” shower: the water turns cold every minute. Hot water is barely available. - Reception closes at 9 PM - You have to make your own bed: never seen that before in any accommodation. - No numbers on the beds: someone had already taken mine, which made things difficult to manage.
