The room, the facility, the cleaness
There was a huge building around the hotel and the parking and it was really hard to maneuver at the entrance of parking but I understand that this going to be temporary. A long queue for coffee machine at the restaurant during the breakfast time.

Fabulous staff ! Reception personnel were always happy, polite and very helpful
The lifts were an issue ; 4 but usually only 2 worked and poor considering the number of people and hockey teams. Would have liked a small fridge in my room. There appeared to be a lot of rubbish on the streets outside and the tram works will be good once finished. Extra charge of 179Euros due to tax increases at the end of my 2 week stay .

Location was the only thing that was good about this hotel
We prepaid at least 9 months ahead to stay in this hotel. It was NOT cheap. What a money grab! I rate this place as a 0 star. Bare necessities in the room, air conditioner barely worked for a city under the heat dome. No safe in our room. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Then they had the audacity to charge us an extra 50 euro when we prepaid the room. I will be placing a complaint with Booking.com and the hotel.

Disappointing
Close to the railway station
Despite requesting a room with two single beds was initially given a double for one night, then had to move. I was with my 80 year old father who has to walk with a walking stick and struggled. The hotel had building works going on and the lifts were not great as we couldn’t use the stairs due to my father. There was nowhere for taxis and I pick up and drop off safely outside the hotel again making it very difficult with a disabled person. Breakfast was not the best, had to wait for plates, glasses and cutlery on a few occasions.
