The staff who great us Toni had excellent customer service.
The Room was clean with a great shower - hot and good power.
It was in a fantastic location only a short walk from the central train station.
Breakfast staff did a fabulous job, everything always cleaned and replenished with enough variety.
Check out time was noon which was great.
Obi, Toni and breakfast staff all high quality of customer care.
Charge six euros to keep your bag PER ROOM in storage... this is disgusting it is a room within the hotel and it basically a Greedy Cash Cow - truly awful.
Not enough Pillows when we asked but to be fair the next day extra was given.
Towels could do with replacing, whilst clean quite threadbare.
Access to Stairs - this was a mission to find and use if you did not want to use the lift

Breakfast was good, staff friendly and helpful.
Request for double beds in all rooms was submitted at booking. The request was sent twice. Also requested all rooms to be on the same floor. When we arrived at the hotel, we found all the rooms to be twin beds and rooms split over 2 floors. In my room (415) a blister packet of tablets/medication was found under the bed by the bedside table from previous occupant.

The room was not quite. There was some door closing noise throughout my stay at an interval of say five minutes due to which i had a disturbed sleep throughout the night
