I liked that location was close to central station, and it was close to almost every place I wanted to visit.
Not sure what was the problem but there is an issue on tray picking up or when you ask for room cleaning. They got delayed for 6-12 hours depending on task. For breakfast I would say it's appropiate for 3 star hotel, not as "Hilton quality" If I were you I wouldn't get a breakfast, just go to Albert Hejin close by and get your food from there. Honestly it will be mostly same just not hot. Also it's pure stupid to pay extra for scenery because the windows are smudgy, though lobby views are pretty clean.

I did like mostly everything, the staff at the reception was wonderful, the accommodation was also great, we did enjoy the views at 8th Floor which I would recommended, even for myself next time...
Obviously because of the reparation or renovation at the Rotterdam. Fountain in front at the hotel, it's very difficult to access the hotel, which we had to walk living our car far away from the hotel, until they explained to us how to get there using the right streets to get there.
This was the only issue.
Further we did enjoy everything.
Thanks to all the workers even the cleaning staff too, which for me they deserve it the most of the effort en efficiency, for they hardworking.

Breakfast was lovely and hotel was clean and staff very helpful
No hot water in our room. The one lift that was in service kept breaking down so we had to use the staff service lift. Two nights were 680 and with no hot water this was not good.

The elevator didn’t work, no minibar in the room, no possibility to get a taxi because of construction around the hotel (and no warning from the staff).

From the time we arrived the front desk staff was helpful, from booking taxi pick ups for our family to advising where we should shop etc.
We really enjoyed our stay! And would definetly recommend and book this location again!

Location was fine
Executive King Room is advertised as having a bathtub in the images. This is NOT the case. The listing also stated a balcony which is also NOT the case. When inquiring about this the security guard started intervening stating we should just got another hotel (during the nightly checkin that is not going to happen naturally).
The entrance is constantly body blocked by people blasting loud music from their rental car.

Liked that it was the HAL partner and joining the excursion was easy! Liked the great restaurants nearby in walking distance. Liked the friendly helpful staff.
The carpets and furniture, particularly in the lobby are were disgustingly dirty! Cleaning won't help, they need to be replaced. The effect of this gives the whole hotel a shabby, dated look and first impression.

There is no doorman to collect the luggage. You have to go inside their reception to ask them for help.

Breakfast is super.
Location is perfect, downtown and close to metro, walking distance to central railway station.
The king size bed is the best I found in a decade.
The price is lower than usual.
The bar with tables outside is cool and professional.
