Location and staff
Bedroom had a fridge that didn’t work and a gramophone with records that didn’t work. Our friends had exactly the same in their room. Hotel proposed no cleaning or changing of towels and bed linen for three days for environmental reasons but there was no facility to dry towels. They will clean every day but only on request. Breakfast choices were rather limited and they ran out of hot food on first morning.

I liked the proximity of the hotel to old harbour and cube houses, market square. Room was clean, nice idea of vinyl records and record player.
Parking house was next building, very comfy.
I liked the check-in process, very king lady assisting us.
For my taste, beds are extremely soft, I felt like sleeping in a pit.
