Close to the city centre and everything is easy access.
The scrambled eggs tasted like plastic. I’ve been working in hotels for years and this is the first time I had which tasted like plastic and others. Really not good. Also, breakfast could have had a little bit more choices, and also decaffeinated coffee, which was out of stock.

Outstanding value and exceptional staff. 5 mins from main station, harbour and key tourist spots.
Bike hire was more expensive than other locations. Otherwise the hotel was faultless.

It's next to a huge art store which I like. And there are a lot of bakeries and coffee shops nearby. Few minutes walk to the Cubehouse and Markthal and the train station with a fast train (only 3 mins) to Rotterdam Central. Mr liked the pillow and bedding and had a good night sleep.
Room is very small and dark. The recorder didn't work. The fridge is old and fluffy which is not cooling at all. Also there's no net curtain. You either close the curtain and sit in the darkness or open the curtain seeing all the neighbours' activities in the block 25 ft away opposite your room. I opened the curtain in the morning and saw a half naked man cleaning the balcony furniture.

From the moment I checked in until the moment I left, every single staff member who assisted me was truly wonderful. Everyone was incredibly patient, took the time to explain everything clearly and thoughtfully, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and effortless — the standard of service was genuinely outstanding throughout.
The hotel itself is in an excellent location — the city centre is easily reachable on foot, making it perfect for exploring. The facilities are also very good, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout my stay. Parking is extremely convenient too: there is a car park directly opposite the hotel, and there is also a large underground parking garage at the Markthal just a short walk away — plenty of options and very easy to access!
What impressed me most was their caring attention to every detail. When I asked for a gluten-free breakfast, they were more than happy to help — not only prepared it with great care that morning, but also thoughtfully arranged a gluten-free breakfast for the next day without me even asking. They were so patient and made everything feel so effortless.
During my trip, I unfortunately pulled a muscle in my calf and was limping back to the hotel. I simply called to ask for an ice pack — and it arrived almost immediately! The staff had even noticed me getting into the elevator and acted right away. They kindly offered a warm compress as well and told me to let them know if I needed anything else at all. It made me feel so looked after and truly cared for.
It’s rare to experience such genuine kindness, personal attention, and consistent excellent service from start to finish — combined with a great location, solid facilities, and very easy parking, this hotel truly has it all. Every detail was handled with heart. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone — thank you so much to the entire team for making my stay so warm, comfortable, and truly special! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
