Wonderful
Very nice location, friendly staff, clean room, beautiful hotel, good breakfast.
Good breakfast, but limited selection of food. Wish there were more to choose from.

Wonderful
excellent location.
Hotel was exceptional in decor and design.
Breakfast was fabulous.
Staff - especially Jaleesa - were friendly and helpful.
pre registration text made you think that you had registered and checked in only to find out that you had to go through that process again once at the hotel (on the self serve).
felt pointless.

Good
Bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was mediocre at best.
Hotel staff sent us way off to find a public location to store our bikes that we never found. Turned out we could lock up our bikes on racks right in front of the hotel.

Very Good
Location was very good, easy access to most of the sights, bars and restaurants
A lounge seating area would be nice instead of just tables and chairs.

Very nice hotel in the city center of Rotterdam. Major trade center and Cube House just 10 min walk. Train station Blaak also very close. Room was clean and with appliances as per booking. Nice restaurants and cafes in area. Good teracce.

Good
Professional staff, good location, good room, good breakfast. Good experience overall.
Sound proofing of rooms could be better (though grateful to staff for finding me a quiet spot in the complex!), mattrass in room 603 seemed end-of-life (sinks in the middle), breakfast definitely is good but could use a little bit extra to elevate it to something "excellent".

Exceptional
I stayed with my partner for a convention. The breakfast was great, and the rooms were nice and cozy. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The location is near a tram stop, which can take you to the train stations quickly, where you can travel around the city. I'd definitely recommend it.
Can't think of anything I didn't like. Rooms could be a little bigger, but they were still great.

Wonderful
It's a very nice hotel and conveniently located in downtown Rotterdam.
While a very nice hotel in a good location, I still thought it was over priced. And they charge way too much for the breakfast bar.

Pleasant
The 23 m² room had a good size. The bathroom and the space around the bed were also sufficient. The hotel itself is located in a good area of the city, and it is possible to walk to the city center. There was a gramophone and several records in the room, which provided an interesting experience of listening to music. I found this detail valuable.
The hotel facilities were very limited and, in my opinion, not at the level of a four-star hotel at all. In other hotels, the bathroom usually provides shampoo, body wash, hair conditioner, liquid soap for the sink, and body lotion. At Leonardo Hotel, there was only one general washing product and nothing else. The number of towels was also too low.
The biggest negative point for me was the following: I was sitting in the lobby and wanted to have a coffee. The coffee machine was near the reception desk. As soon as I wanted to pour a coffee, a hotel employee hurried over to me and told me that I was not allowed to have coffee because breakfast had ended half an hour earlier. If I still wanted that coffee, I would have to pay for it. For a four-star hotel, I find it very inappropriate to confront a hotel guest over one cup of coffee.
Another negative point was the breakfast. There was practically no real choice. At most, you could choose between boiled eggs and fried eggs. Apart from that, there were two types of cold cuts, two types of cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, and two types of jam. That was it — I am not exaggerating. The breakfast variety in some one-star hotels is better than here.

Very Good
The room was big and comfortable. well planned. was happy to find there 2 chairs and not the usual one only chair.
The breakfast that was described as "very good" was very standard hotel breakfast, but quite fine.
