Not a lot to like about this place. Location in the center is the only positive aspect.
This might have been the smallest and least accommodating place I’ve ever stayed at. Tiny is giving the room credit. Easy Hotel Rotterdam had No hand towels. No place to put clothes, dresser or closet. Hanging towels. Hooks? Not to be found. No glasses/cups for drinking. Sink is uber tiny. Room- I cannot walk by the beds, feet hit the bed. AC makes noise every 3 minutes. Mold in shower. Yuck Mold and spider webs on ceiling Window dirty inside and out

room is not very clean, though the bathroom has the right side. location is pretty good, not difficult to find the hotel. we did not book room with breakfast while staying there.
I met a few staffs who did not really focus on the giving services, or answering the questions.

Wonderful
easyHotel Rotterdam City Centre is a very nice hotel with an excellent location right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions. The overall stay was comfortable, and the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful—especially Anais and Samuel, who provided outstanding service. The only downside is that the sound insulation in the rooms could be better, as noise from outside or neighboring rooms can sometimes be heard. Nevertheless, it was a positive experience overall, and the hotel is definitely worth recommending.

The beds were very comfortable.
No cupboards or tables to put our things. Only a small bedside shelf between two beds. And a small hanging rail coming out of the wall. And one chair.

I rented a large room with a panoramic window and paid extra for it. But when I arrived, they told me it was chemically cleaned and offered me a regular room. I declined. But after 15 minutes, I realized the room wasn't "undesirable" but "impossible" to stay in because the chemicals were so strong and made me cough every minute. After that, they simply upgraded me to a cheaper room without refunding the price difference or even apologizing. I continued coughing for another two hours after the room change because I'd inhaled too much chemicals. The worst service I've ever experienced ?

Soft mattresses + fair shower, Location is not the best but fair
Sound isolation is absolutely horrible, and except some weird tickling in the room , I also was need to to share the pleasure of love with a couple from next room, and honestly I’m just jealous, but you can organize something like a floor for couples/kids only; It was cold in the room even with heating mode of fan; This is ridiculously high price for a place without any hint of coziness??‍♀️

close to the Rotterdam Central Train station
Very small toilet/bathroom/shower. We can hardly move around the room. No counter space or table to put our things. The booking.com review we relied on is not accurate. We will not stay again.
