The location. Front office staff was nice and welcoming.
I know it’s a budget hotel, but I stayed in other budget hotels and easy Hotel is definitely not worth the money. Something was making loud noise for every few minutes through the whole stay, what didn’t let me sleep properly. The soap in the shower was empty. Everything’s costs extra.

The location of this hotel was excellent, in the city centre and good for take walks, explore the city and also to look around. I enjoyed my stay at EasyHotel Rotterdam City centre

It was centrally located.
There unpainted parts in the roof. Drug users were around the hotel and at times even in the lobby.

Great location, the room was very nice and comfortable. The staff was also very nice and helpful.
There was a bag of trash left in the room during cleaning. It was placed on a ledge so it could have been missed by the cleaning crew. The staff was informed and they were very apologetic about it.

Not a lot to like about this place. Location in the center is the only positive aspect.
This might have been the smallest and least accommodating place I’ve ever stayed at. Tiny is giving the room credit. Easy Hotel Rotterdam had No hand towels. No place to put clothes, dresser or closet. Hanging towels. Hooks? Not to be found. No glasses/cups for drinking. Sink is uber tiny. Room- I cannot walk by the beds, feet hit the bed. AC makes noise every 3 minutes. Mold in shower. Yuck Mold and spider webs on ceiling Window dirty inside and out

room is not very clean, though the bathroom has the right side. location is pretty good, not difficult to find the hotel. we did not book room with breakfast while staying there.
I met a few staffs who did not really focus on the giving services, or answering the questions.

Wonderful
easyHotel Rotterdam City Centre is a very nice hotel with an excellent location right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions. The overall stay was comfortable, and the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful—especially Anais and Samuel, who provided outstanding service. The only downside is that the sound insulation in the rooms could be better, as noise from outside or neighboring rooms can sometimes be heard. Nevertheless, it was a positive experience overall, and the hotel is definitely worth recommending.

The beds were very comfortable.
No cupboards or tables to put our things. Only a small bedside shelf between two beds. And a small hanging rail coming out of the wall. And one chair.

It was great for its price. Location was perfect we reached everywhere with walking.
beds were a bit narrow but it is not exactly a problem.
