Good location for station and walkable to centre.
Disappointed that no aircon and a tiny vertical window on the 6th floor that was about 5inches wide for safety purposes providing no air circulation . 32 degrees outside. . There is an Aircon system built into in the hotel and room but we were told not in use. A hotel should have a working Aircon for this price in any Western European city or certainly much better ventilation. Asked for a second fan as there were four of us and the room was over 30 degrees at bedtime on my watch thermometer. I was brought a (broken) fan from reception. Shower nice and hot but just leaked water into rest of bathroom floor. Door had loose bolts in its lock system.

The bed was soft and comfortable. The room size was good.
There is no air conditioning and the windows do not open. There is a sliver of a window that can open but it only a few inches wide. So a fan was not enough. There is a working air conditioner controller on the wall but it the air con does not work. The shower was a bit moldy in the cracks and grout. The carpet was very dark and dirty. The room smelled musty.

In the second night of my stay, there was fire alarm at around 11:30 PM. I found people coming out through the extended fire safety stairs. I also followed them. After about 20-25 minutes the alarm went off. Later, I understood that it was a false alarm. The management of the electronic systems of the hotel seem to be weak.
I booked a shared room of 6 individuals. When I arrived my room, I found one individual only. But that gentleman was totally insane (looked out of sense and possibly intoxicated) and roaming inside the room completely nude. I felt unsafe and found it impossible for me to remain in the room. The room was very hot since no air conditioning or hardly any air flow. Smelled bad. Then and then, I went to the front desk and explained everything. The front desk informed me that there is only one shared room in the hotel. So, he cannot shift me. If I want single room, I have to pay additional money. Ultimately, I paid additional 100 Euros for the 4 days along with my previous payment. The single room I availed was good although the air conditioning doesn't work. The window could be opened and a stand fan was available. I passed the rest of the day somehow fine.

Wonderful
I was a bit hesitant because of some of the negative reviews, but I’m so glad I decided to stay here! Everything was spotlessly clean, and I had a beautiful view over Rotterdam.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I lost my key card during my stay, and they immediately provided me with a new one without any hassle. Another big plus was the private parking area, which made parking my car very convenient.
Thank you for the wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐?

The parking lot was extremely small, making it very difficult to enter and exit. On top of that, parking costs €20. The room was unbearably hot — there was no air conditioning, and the windows were tiny. It turned into a long, uncomfortable night, and we struggled to sleep. Never again.

Good location, lot of good restaurants and coffee shops close by. Staff were very helpful and attentive.
Converted old chain hotel with some new paint. AC didn’t work, outlets were broken, tv had multiple remotes that didn’t actually turn off the tv. Shower only had door on one side so water went everywhere.

Cheap. And they had a parking garage.
Staff were very slow, they don’t have a good check in system. Hotel is too crowded and mostly young ppl. So don’t go with your family.

Besides the first day the staff was very friendly and supportive.
The rooms was clean. Those were not big but I had an experience with smaller rooms.
It turned that the restaurant doesn't belong to the hotel anymore and I was able to negotiate good prices for the group. It was vegan restaurant but was pretty good.
I was very disappointed because of the preceding communications, but later it tuned to be not a bad option at all.
We stayed in this hotel with a big group of young sportsmen.
The communication with the staff was terrible:
First of all they respond to mails very slow, and the answer to the most of the questions is "no".
I tried to ask them for the group price for 40 people for 6 nights, and you know what - they provided prices even higher than what existed at the booking.com at that time.
Since I had few months till the visit I started monitoring the prices which went up and down sometimes by 2x and booked the most of the rooms I needed.
I booked non-refundable rooms, and they didn't accept changing the dates for one room (for the first and the last days only) even when I told them I'm going to book more rooms.
The check-in process was terrible.
We stayed in the lobby of 9 square meters, some of the people was waiting outside until one girl in reception, probably under the influence of some drags, was trying to understand who we are and who is she and what do we need.
When we asked about the breakfasts and restaurant, she told it is closed and is under renovation but later it turned it already works. Please see the other section.
There is no a single place to meet with people except the lobby which is too small and has only two armchairs, But it has some positive sides too. In the neighbor hotel which had a bigger lobby, some strange people was hanging, including homeless people and drug sellers.
There are always people in front of the hotel smoking cannabis and there are people around approaching and offering more serious drugs.

The hotel is centrally located. We walked to most places we wanted to go. There is an ALDI supermarket 600 meters from the hotel. It's a great value hotel.
One midnight around 4:30 a.m., the fire alarm going off both frightened and excited us. We immediately took the children,and went to the hotel entrance. The next morning, we learned that the alarm had been triggered by some guests who had tried smoking in their hotel room.

Overall the stay was fine, but I did witness something that made me question the hotel’s respect for guest privacy. A cleaner knocked on a room near ours while we were in the hallway and, while the guest was still inside, opened the door and stepped in to confront them about smoking. Regardless of the reason, entering an occupied room without permission or urgency felt unprofessional and disturbing.

Breakfast is very varied and delicious. The bed is in good condition. Location is perfect, very close by the station. The room was clean, personeel was very friendly and helpful!
There wasn't a bed cover, only a type of bed linnen on top of the matress that would always leave the matress uncovered. Not hygenic. The elevator gave a dirty vibe with the graffiti on the walls. The doors for the bedrooms had a funny closing, it could move even if it had the lock on. I thought it was a hotel but it better falls in a hostel description.
