About the small details that management takes into consideration. Space and privacy that is affordable. Comfort and cleanliness at its finest. Small details like nice mirror behind the door-very functional. Stair/ladder that is also multi functional. Bed with extra lighting on the side but most importantly are the sockets in every corner.. can accomodate all the gadgets that needs to charge.. plus feature is the speaker built in and the amazing LED light background that sets the mood. noice proof of the pod I think.. cos I havent heard any disturning noice during my stay. Clean bathroom with complete amenities. I also like the Iron station.. its a plus for me.. all i mentioned is not all-in available in other Pods.. also the free luggage area which is also well built for traveler who have bulky packs. I find it very thoughtful considering this aspect. And the Bar station where you can heat your food/ store in fridge.. coffee station and vending machines ready to rescue.
I can not say any negative aside from a little crackling noice whenever i step on the stair/ladder.

This is not a normal hotel, but it was a nice experience that I will repeat for sure. The shared facilities were very good and kept clean. The room was small as expected, actually mainly a bed, but it was comfortable and there was space for luggage and hanging clothes.

I loved the City Hub and would definitely stay again. I slept better here than I did in other hotels twice the price elsewhere on my trip. The facilities, towels and bedding were all clean, the toiletries dispensers always full, and I appreciated the dressing gown for morning and evening trips to the bathroom. Having a kettle available to make tea met my catering needs, and there are loads of bars and places to eat nearby. The Art Depot is visible from this location - it is that close. Staff were always friendly and helpful and I found the wristband key convenient.
Very minor gripe - but it would be good if they asked people not to eat hot food in their pods (there is space to eat by the kitchen and lockers) - there was a slight junk food smell in my pod which I either got used to or dissipated during my stay - but I do have a sensitive nose, and it wasn't unbearable - just noticeable. Would have preferred to have been able to control the lighting without downloading an app - my creaky old phone was too full! But a minor point as I was out a lot.

The only good thing was the location.
The staff wasn't all that friendly and the breakfast was a to go bag of a croissant, a very small cruesli bowl and an apple (you don't get to choose anything). But we still wouldn't have found it such a waste of money if it wasn't for the (unclean) room. Me and my partner both got barely 3 hours of sleep every night because it was so so so hot and there was no air-conditioning. Because the room was nothing but the uncomfortable bed and completely closed off, we felt like we were in a coffin (a coffin with fun lights). If you're thinking about this for a romantic getaway.. PLEASE DON'T! We left a night earlier because it just sucked.

The location is awesome.There’s tram station just 150m away from the hotel.A good room with different concept. Washrooms are very good.
Some staffs were good some staffs are very mean and not that welcoming.

Everyone in the staff was super helpful, fun and nice. The room was super cool, even cooler than I was expecting. It's in an amazing location with a lot of life but still very quiet. I loved everything, 100% will come back.
