It is a great and comfortable place to stay for a few nights. I missed flip flops for the shover. The room is really ambient, fun, and comfortable.

Everything. The staff was nice, the location was ideal, I was able to take nice hot showers, and the room was cute and clean.
The shower head. It was not detachable, so your hair gets wet whether you want it to or not. It would be best if the robes and towels were handled with a bit more care. They should come packaged or something.

The experience was very smooth and the hubs were high quality, well maintained and cozy. Perfect for loners or couples because the beds are big size. Don't expect high ceiling tho, comfortable sitting for laptop shenanigans. Towels, kimonos, basic higiene products, hair blower, iron and mirrors available. If you see like a messy toilet you can press a button to notice the staff about the situation (pretty neat). Staff was polite and very straight forward with their communication.
To be honest all was perfect, I would actually live in one of these hubs if they added a lil extra room for a proper desk and storage.

This was the best place we stayed in our whole trip across Europe. The place was immaculate, the staff super helpful and you had free Rituals toiletries!

The location is excellent, in one of the popular street and everything else is in a walking distance
This is my second Cityhub experience after CPH’s, i had high expectations that unfortunately were not met. The bathroom was not very clean, 3 out of 4 sinks were clogged and the rooms are not soundproof. You can hear everything from the hall way and music from other rooms too.
