Super modern, very clean, free sparkling water, comfortable lounge areas.
1.Nearest parking garage was a 10 minute walk. It would’ve been amazing if the garage right next door was also for their guests. Not super handy if you’re traveling alone, you have a car and 3 luggages ;) 2. My wifi wasn’t working well, which meant the last 36 hours I couldn’t use the casting feature on the TV at all (no series, no music, no youtube, etc.)

The location was excellent. The staff were amazing & helpful. The lounges were superb.
The room. It was an odd shape and although the bed was large you had to crawl across it and your bedmate to get in and off. It also felt oppressive with barely there aircon and no fresh air.

Really friendly staff and in a very central location with easy access to public transportation.
There was a drink stain by the side of the bed; not sure if cleaning missed a spot. But overall still a good experience.

We only stayed for one night and opted to not have breakfast at the hotel. But I really liked the efficient use of space in the room. Small but it had everything we needed.
I unfortunately left my favorite hat in the hotel room. My gray Kangol Tropic 504. When I realized it I was already on the cruise ship.

The breakfast was excellent. The location across the street from Rotterdam Blaak station was very convenient.
The rooms were a little too modern for my taste. Everything could be controlled with an iPad in the room, but not everyone is comfortable with iPads.
