Disappointing
The breakfast was not particularly good; there were no vegetables or fruit available. Since my suitcase weighed 23 kg, I had specifically chosen a hotel with elevator access via Booking.com; however, my room was located on the second floor, requiring me to climb a flight of stairs. Although the staff did assist me with carrying my suitcase, it was still a bit disappointing. Upon entering the room, I discovered that an upper window had been left open, and a large bee—resembling a queen bee—was trapped between the curtains. Having just arrived and feeling exhausted, I was forced to switch rooms; this meant I had to repack the items I had already unpacked from my suitcase and move all my belongings again. The room I was moved to was hot, as the air conditioning was not ready working. While it was larger than the previous room, it was furnished with two twin beds. I had specifically selected a room with a queen-size bed because I wanted to sleep in one large bed, so I was disappointed to end up sleeping in a twin bed instead. As for the location, it required a considerable amount of walking to get anywhere, so I cannot exactly describe it as convenient.

Check in was good. Room was good. Location was outstanding
They did not do laundry service over one day (bring it before 9 am and getting it back after 7 pm.) I thought all 4 star hotels did that. The gym was a bit small

Proximity to the Metro
There was a hole above my sink on the ceiling and it kind of worried me thinking. Maybe there was a camera and someone was looking in on me. It was really weird.

The location was amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The toilet and the bathroom were seperate and the toilet was very narrow. I cannot imagine how a large person can stand up at the toilet when the door is closed. And you have to go to the bathroom after the toilet to wash your hands. It may be comfortable for single staying but for 2 people it was not comfortable to have the toilet like this.

It is very centrally located, which can be both good and bad (accesable but a busy area). Staff really try their best to help. Room was adequate in size with all I could wish for (coffee maker, kettle, fridge). The Ritual body wash and conditioner were lovely.
Only 40 parking spots, so I missed out as I got there late, and parked about a 10 minute walk away (in a very safe car park run by the city, but if I were a woman I might not feel all that comfortable walking there alone).

Nice staff, Room was nice. The bed OK, but too soft.
There was a scaffold against my room and I found myself suddenly next to a man 10 cm away on the other side of the glass. In the afternoon they played music. Now I don't care much about privacy, but I can easily imagine that a woman would not have liked this group of workers next to her window. And someone who wants to work the afternoon wouldn't like the music next to his/her window. I understand they had to do the work, but then, offer another room, or at least inform you.

It was in centre of Rotterdam every thing is in reached.staff was very helpful.
Heating system was not sufficient to heat z room z staff tried to help didn’t work .i thanks mrs Tiara who brought us potable heater and extra blankets to make z room more comfortable.special thanks and appreciation for her kindness

Very, very central location! The front desk staff is very efficient and they go out of their way to help out, especially Mr. Simon. He changed my room for me on the first night because originally I was at street level, and asked for a quieter room. He helped me out in no time! Buffet breakfast is plentiful and delicious.
If I really have to be picky, some breakfast items (e.g. dessert) could change from day to day. Also, the water pressure in the bathroom is a bit weak. But otherwise very comfortable rooms!

Location was very nice -- near the train station and the city center.
The bathroom amenities were not properly maintained. The bottle of conditioner was basically stuck and was not dispensing. The main light of the bedroom also didn't work. When we asked the staff, they said they couldn't do anything anymore because we were only staying for one night.
