Pleasant
Location right near the metro and the staff were very friendly.
For this price the room was very small and cramped for 3 people.

I liked the fact that the reception was able to change my 1st room
The first room that was assigned for me had a very bad odour and the bedside lamp was not working, so I requested the reception to fix it. So he a gave a better room double bed instead as he said they would not be able to fix the light. Then the second room had a lot of mosquitoes which I realised only late at night when they started biting me. I was not sure why and then at night I checked and found that the window was open and the mosquito net was also open. Since when I entered the room I was not able to see the windows due to the light curtains drawn I had no idea. It was quite late in the night to also change the room since I had a room change once I put up with it. I was also not used to the toilet bowl with the flushing out in the front.

Breakfast area was quite nice and the outside courtyard was pleasant
The room was very tired, dingy greyish curtains, stains on the wall by the window, small TV bathroom was tiny and it was very noisy especially door slamming constantly.

Great location! About a few tram stop from Rotterdam central and well connected to the metro as well. The room size is big, with enough for two luggage. Within walking distance to key attractions like the cube houses and many restaurants! There is a supermarket just opposite the hotel so that was convenient. Beds are comfortable and clean, housekeeping was done well and consistent.
We stayed at the highest floor so the air-conditioning pipe had a bit of leaking issues when the temperature is adjusted too low. It stop once it is changed to a higher temperature but the carpet will be wet because of it.
