Wonderful
We booked an Executive Room in the tower and were delighted to get a room on one of the upper floors. The huge window offered a fantastic view overlooking the city, which made the stay feel extra special. The room was amazing, and we absolutely loved waking up to such a beautiful view. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Scenary
The space between the toilet seat and the sink was too close. I hit my head a lot of times on the edge of the sink

Pleasant
Location is very good, the room was clean and the staff very friendly
OK, I booked the cheapest rate and a single room.
What I did expect it to be a room that was tugged away in the last corner of the hotel, taking multiple steps/stairs up and down and up and down.
It felt like an old storage room converted to a hotel room. Very noisy as well. The hallway smelled like old smoke

All was OK.
The parking was issue, they did not have enough space and we force to park far from hotel itself.

Good
The room was quite spacious, and the absolute highlight was the view — truly incredible. The city view from my room was absolutely beautiful and definitely one of the best parts of the stay.
Breakfast was also good, with a fairly varied selection and plenty of options. Not exceptional, but definitely enjoyable.
Overall, the room was comfortable and I was quite satisfied with my stay.
My room had a connecting door to the room next door. Although it was locked, the sound insulation was quite poor, and I could clearly hear the people in the other room talking. I assume they could hear me as well, which was not ideal in terms of privacy.
I also found the housekeeping system unnecessarily complicated. If you wanted your room cleaned or your towels changed, you had to request it by scanning a QR code. For a hotel of this category, I would expect housekeeping to be handled more proactively, without guests having to make an online request.
Some of the appliances and furnishings in the room also felt slightly dated, although everything was functional.

First night they put me in a room I can only rate as bad and not what I reserved. They had lame excuses for not giving me a room change. I requested for daily towels change. They forgot it each day.

Poor
Location is close to the important areas
Breakfast was good, standard European breakfast.
Joost, and another girl at least offered ice and water to help with the heat in the room, they were very understanding but had no ability to fix it. But we appreciate their help.
Air conditioner was broken, they moved us to a new room and it was barely working, they gave us a fan that only moved hot around, we asked for another room and were told none available and if we wanted they would refund us and we could go elsewhere. Where are we to go last minute when hotels are full then be expected to pay for more taxis and the inconvenience. They did give us free breakfast but we had already paid in our original reservation so it was refunded. I guess they thought that was sufficient to fix the problem. We would rather have been cool and comfortable than free food. The gesture was appreciated. In reality the room should have been greatly discounted because we didn’t get what we paid for at all. We are very disappointed.
Fridge didn’t work so had to store my medication with the kitchen staff
Room safe didn’t work, they came and reset it and still wasn’t working, then started beeping in the middle of the night.
Tv reception was coming and going and then we lost programming which wasn’t that good to begin with

Disappointing
The breakfast was not particularly good; there were no vegetables or fruit available. Since my suitcase weighed 23 kg, I had specifically chosen a hotel with elevator access via Booking.com; however, my room was located on the second floor, requiring me to climb a flight of stairs. Although the staff did assist me with carrying my suitcase, it was still a bit disappointing. Upon entering the room, I discovered that an upper window had been left open, and a large bee—resembling a queen bee—was trapped between the curtains. Having just arrived and feeling exhausted, I was forced to switch rooms; this meant I had to repack the items I had already unpacked from my suitcase and move all my belongings again. The room I was moved to was hot, as the air conditioning was not ready working. While it was larger than the previous room, it was furnished with two twin beds. I had specifically selected a room with a queen-size bed because I wanted to sleep in one large bed, so I was disappointed to end up sleeping in a twin bed instead. As for the location, it required a considerable amount of walking to get anywhere, so I cannot exactly describe it as convenient.

Check in was good. Room was good. Location was outstanding
They did not do laundry service over one day (bring it before 9 am and getting it back after 7 pm.) I thought all 4 star hotels did that. The gym was a bit small

Proximity to the Metro
There was a hole above my sink on the ceiling and it kind of worried me thinking. Maybe there was a camera and someone was looking in on me. It was really weird.
