We could store our luggage before checking in.
It was quite dirty, a banana peel (probably from the previous guest, was still in the room and the coffee machine wasn’t clean either. For this price, it should be exceptionally clean, other hotels in the Netherlands at a lower price offered better value for money.

We had the room in the end of the floor by the ventilation shaft, so it was pretty loud there.
The connector on the shower head had leakage.
Covered parking was flooded.

The size of the room was good, and access to Netflix on the TV.
As soon as we walked in we waited 5 minutes for someone to check us in, and when the man came out he was completely uninterested. We got up to the room via a questionable elevator, and as soon as we got into the door all we could smell was sewerage. Opening the window didn’t help, so when my husband went down to ask to change rooms we got told he couldn’t help. I understand being fully booked but the smell was so strong and there was no way we could have stayed for two nights. I went back down, and magically he found a room with two single beds. When I asked if we could move into another room for our second night we were told if we move once we can’t move again. We asked if we could see the room first in case that smelt as well and he rolled his eyes. The room was fine so we accepted the move, but when I asked for a discount considering we were now staying in a room less than we booked, he said he couldn’t do that.
On top of this, the location is so far away from the anything yet they have no extra amenities to support a comfortable stay. We couldn’t get any extra pillows to the one each they provided, nor did they have any dental or hygiene kits - while this is usually a nice bonus in a hotel, I’d say being as isolated as it is, it would be a great option.
Overall, our stay could have been great had we been spoken to with any kind of empathy, but the service we received turned a part of our anniversary holiday into a nightmare.
Looking at previous reviews I can see other people had similar problems with smells, so I’d suggest they sort that out before taking bookings for those rooms.

The property is need of renovation. The location is hard to find with a lot of road construction and diversions, even if you use google maps. The staffs are really nice and helpful. The food is just average. The gym is really small

The hotel is not in the city center, but its location was very convenient for me personally because I was specifically looking for accommodation in this area.

spacious room, organized oversized TV, heating was fine, Breakfast buffet was very good, 100% Friendly Stuff, 24 hour reception, Free Parking within premises.
Mattress was not firm and bouncy! Elevator could be cleaner, oddly there was no visible entrance signage or even where to park, specially while the entrance is from the side street up a ramp through a an industrial sliding gate! the Hotel needs some attention to minor details
