The Location, the lobby, spacious room, breakfast buffet. ..
Difficult finding parking for car, a bit pricy for night 369+ € without breakfast. .

The hotel is really well located, in front of a metro station and a tram stop and still, you could not hear any noise from outside.
Staff was very helpful and friendly, and tried their best to make us feel well accommodated.
The hotel was totally renovated and they did a great job.
Room is spacious and clean, so is the bathroom.
Would definitely stay here again.

Front desk staff very friendly/helpful, hotel is very beautiful
One loft was out of order because og maintenance so waiting at the other lift was long. We could use a couple of the times the service lift.
