Everything except the elevators. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, the restaurant was good, and the gym was nice. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
The elevators were an absolute nightmare. Waiting for an elevator was a whole adventure, especially when one of them was out of service. At that point, you might as well take the stairs because who knows when the elevator will actually show up. On one of those days, it took me over 20 minutes just to go downstairs and come back up. After that, I decided to walk down 12 floors with luggage instead of waiting again, because I’m pretty sure it would’ve taken at least another 20 minutes. And it doesn’t matter whether you’re staying on the 3rd or the 12th floor. The elevator stops at every floor where someone has pressed the button, regardless of which direction you’re going. So you could get in on the 2nd floor wanting to go down, end up going all the way up first, and only then finally start heading down. Quite an experience. Honestly, the elevators were the highlight of our stay, just not in a good way

Room is haphazardly renovated. Room design is poor. Chairs are dirty. Curtains are poorly designed and haphazardly set. Worst - on the 10th floor water pressure is too low! Disgusting!

The hotel is beautiful inside , great location, public transportation is right across the street. We stayed In the upgraded suite it was nice but the details on the views were incorrect and it’s on the 2nd floor, The hotel restaurant was awesome and our waiter Ali was beyond awesome The food & drinks are really good , My husband had the $20 breakfast which he stated needs alot of improvement, We would definitely stay here again .

Everything. It was clean, comfortable. Staff were really helpful. Food and drinks were exceptional and all round great place to stay. My daughter and I were in Rotterdam for the gymnastics championships at the Ahoy and the location and ease for getting there was more than I expected.

Brand new rennovation, beautifully decorated. Separate room with single bed in the family room. Very comfortable beds, smart tv. Convenient location right to the metro station
No hooks for jackets at the entrance, although there is space for them. Also only 2 hooks for towels in the bathroom in the family room. The fridge wasn't really cooling anything

The ola
4-star hotel, 0-star hygiene, 0-star customer service. Our experience at this hotel was absolutely unacceptable, and the way our complaint has been handled afterwards has made things even worse. We booked a Family Room of approximately 50 m² with four beds. When we arrived, we found the bathroom completely flooded with foam containing visible dirt and what appeared to be waste from the toilet. I have photographs documenting the condition of the bathroom, so this is not an exaggeration or a matter of opinion. The pictures speak for themselves. We reported the problem during the night, at approximately 4:30 a.m. Staff attempted to remove the foam using the shower head, but the situation was clearly not acceptable from a hygiene perspective. We refused to stay in a room in those conditions. Since the hotel had no equivalent room available, we were eventually moved to two separate, much smaller rooms, each with just one double bed. We had paid for a family room where we could all stay together, and that is not what we received. To make matters worse, we had to wait until approximately 5:20 a.m. to receive the alternative rooms, losing valuable sleeping time in the process. We also had to move all our belongings in the middle of the night, which was particularly difficult because one of us was using crutches. What happened was bad enough, but the hotel's response afterwards has been just as disappointing. We submitted a formal complaint, explained the situation in detail, provided photographs and requested a fair financial refund because the accommodation provided did not match what we had booked. Instead of addressing our request, the hotel sent us a generic apology full of polite words but offering absolutely no solution. We followed up asking for a concrete response regarding compensation, and we have still received no satisfactory answer. Apparently, four-star standards stop applying when something goes wrong.
