The location in maashaven and how close it's to a metro station is exceptional and very useful, and the price is expensive but better when compared to other places in rotterdam since everything is super expensive a lot of the time, and it was clean
There was a staff member at the night shift who on two consecutive nights was requested to bring extra bed cover and pretended to come and knock the door but actually he didn't ( that happened on the second night) and even if he actually did it, it was inaudible because I stayed for more than 1 hour and a half doing nothing sitting and waiting for him to come and stayed late to be honest like till 1am and then after waiting a lot he came finally, he also said when we complained that he held the whole hotel on his back, so funny and ironic that a hotel that consists of more than 12 floors has one room service employee at night

Price is good, hotel is fine for the price.
You need to park on the street first (all public parking spots constantly taken), then you have to go into the hotel to get an access key to the parking. Annoying and inconvenient.

For a hotel that has been or being renovated i was really surprised to find how unsafe the room would be for children. I was on the 11th floor and found the full size windows could be opened fully, with a ledge a child could easily climb on to. Definitely not safe.
Parking was a absolute nightmare.
