The hotel is well located, right next to public transport that takes you directly to your destination. The surroundings are pleasant, and there is a large parking area

We had booked a deluxe room, with balcony and separate toilet in addition to a bathroom. The room was spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. The bathroom had both shower and a big bathtub. Also other amenities were available and I didn‘t miss anything. It was reasonably quiet and the breakfast was good.
There were large spots from water damage under the ceiling in the bathroom, and other signs at the doorframes etc which indicated that the hotel is not the newest. We traveled with friends who had booked two other (standard) rooms, and all of them reported that their room was very hot at night. Moreover, I did not feel very welcomed by the staff during check-in, but we were late and maybe his day had been a long one already. All in all ok, but not exceptional for the price we paid.

We liked everything. The hotel is very quiet and clean. The breakfast was delicious. I recommend this hotel. I will definitely come back.

Newly renovated bathroom and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The comforter was nicely soft!
Too many… First, the curtains do not properly shield is from the very bright fire exit. So it was not entirely dark when sleeping. Next, any small noise, even the opening and closing of other people’s doors can be heard in our room! Someone was playing music in their phone - and we can even hear it in our room! Another thing, the backdoor door does not lock properly so the cold air can go inside the room easily. Heater was behind the curtains so the room cannot be fully heated in a short time. Super unsustainable! Regarding the food, the breakfast was mediocre and nothing special. The coffee machine was once broken on our first day. Lastly, the building is old, it looked like it was renovated to a hotel from an old apartment complex - so if you want a Fletcher that has more amenities, go somewhere else.
