I liked that the hotel provided luggage keeping before checking in or after checking out. Also the staff were kind. I also liked how there was an option for early check in.
The staff kept dissapearing to go take a smoke outside so we were left waiting for 10-15 minutes at the times. The lighting was not quite functional, the room was quite dirty, we took our shoes off and our white socks became super dirty fast. The location is super remote, if you are not with car then you have to walk 18 minutes minimum to the closest public transport. The location itself is super noisy since its next to the highway and the over all value for money is just not worth it. I have visited other hotels in the area for less money and they were better, cleaner.

Hotel was close to metro station. Next to the hotel was gas station with a shop for some late sandwiches and sweets. Staff was very kind. Look from the lounge windows was nice with all the trees hiding bridges and other buildings.
There were no cafe or restaurant around the hotel. Getting to the actual hotel by foot was quite confusing - the only way was by following the small side walkway, then going through the parking lot.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is not far from the station but didn't like the area.
The bed is uncomfortable; the shower gets clogged and easily flood the bathroom. The walls don't have a good insulation, and you can listen noise from outside and other rooms, which can be loud depending on the person. The breakfast was okay, but it doesn't have a good variety.

Dirty room used capsule in coffee machine, broken window (cannot be closed properly), hotel was hard to access as pedestrian, sidewalk blocked by car at parking spot so we had to go over the road, hotel exposed my GDPR and payment card to scammer and these scammers refund my payment, so I had to pay it again 1day before cancelation of reservation, scammers also contacted me through official canals and booking.

I would like to thank the staff for being helpful and reacting fast once we complained about the cleanliness and broken AC. They resolved everything right away—we got a room upgrade.
The hotel holds a 3-star rating, and the quality of its mattresses and pillows unfortunately aligns.

Very Good
I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights with my wife. The hotel location is right next to the highway & very convenient if you are travelling by own car. Parking is free & in plenty. Breakfast had all the standard options. Nearest metro station is 7-8 min walk but connects directly to the main Amstredam Centraal Station. Staff was courteous & always willing to help.
