Booked with breakfast but refused to offer breakfast as it didn’t appear on the booking confirmation. I emailed the hotel regarding this prior to my stay but was ignored

Breakfast, which I chose/ was included in the price, was till 9 am, on a weekday, and we were not informed correctly on that timing. So we could not have breakfast since we were at the breakfastroom at 9:00

My stay at Bastion Hotel was extremely disappointing and frustrating. From the moment I checked in, I experienced serious issues with billing and customer service.
First, I was charged twice for my stay, which caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Instead of handling the matter professionally, the staff were dismissive and disrespectful when I tried to resolve the issue.
What concerned me even more was that a staff member entered my room without my permission while I was asleep. This was a serious invasion of privacy and made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Guests should be able to trust that their room is a secure and private space, and this basic expectation was not met.
Overall, my experience was far below the standard I would expect from any hotel. Poor customer service, billing problems, and a lack of respect for guest privacy made this one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced. I would not recommend this hotel and hope management takes these issues seriously to prevent similar experiences for future guests.

Good location, good quality beds and towels, and a reasonably spacious room.
The car park was in the basement, and the lift wasn’t working, so there was no way to go up easily. There were no proper signs showing how to exit the car park, and when I tried calling reception, no one answered. I eventually managed to get out through another door, which also wasn’t clearly marked.
The bathroom had several issues: the wash basin was flooding because the water wouldn’t drain, and the toilet flush button was broken and wouldn’t reset. I reported the wash basin problem on the day I arrived, which was frustrating. Although it was temporarily fixed, it started flooding again the next day—luckily we were leaving.
I expect the hotel staff and management to ensure essential facilities are properly maintained, especially the wash basin and toilet flush button.

The hotel was clean, the stuff were nice and the beds were really big and comfortable!
Quite far from the city centre, the breakfast options were not that varied. Our bathroom sink was clogged when we received the room, which means they didn't check it before giving the room to us. However, they fixed it after we told them to.
