Nothing specific.
Staffs are very arrogant and they don’t help you with anything. Hotels are for customers but they behave like they are working somewhere else. They will not provide you with any kind of support even if you are with a child. Housekeeping staffs are good. But front desk/receptionist are really rude and arrogant.

Was the worst experience I have ever had.
It’s not a place where you would want to be with your family nor with your partner.
Room was cold and dirty.. bathroom smell was awful. Dinner time was only after 7 available, they were really slow and unprofessional. My daughter was not doing well so we had to leave sooner than our booking and they didn’t even help us or understand and they made us pay everything even when we explained everything in person. Really sad and disappointing .

Located 15-minutes walk from a Metro station. Easy check-in / check-out.
The room has what you need: Shower - toilet - bed - refrigerator - coffee machine - Wi-Fi.
Unfortunately, the room was not particularly clean. The toilet and shower area had an unpleasant urine smell, and there was dust under the beds. Throughout our entire four-night stay, no housekeeping service was provided. Despite a sign indicating that towels left on the floor would be replaced, this was never done. For a hotel charging over €100 per night, I would expect a higher standard of cleanliness and service. At the very least, the staff could check whether guests need fresh towels or anything else during their stay.

The hotel is in a very good location, and some members of staff, especially at reception, were polite and helpful.
Unfortunately, our experience at breakfast was extremely disappointing because of one female staff member working in the restaurant.
Breakfast officially ends at 9:00 a.m. We arrived at around 8:30 a.m., took our food from the buffet and sat down to eat. However, even before 9:00 a.m., she repeatedly tried to take away our plates while we were still eating, saying that she needed to clean. She behaved in a very rude, aggressive and unfriendly manner, repeatedly asking our names, making inappropriate hand gestures and staring at us in an unpleasant way while we were eating.
Several guests complained about her attitude, not only us. When we told her that her behaviour was very rude, instead of apologising, she told us that we should “wake up at 6:00 a.m. and come earlier for breakfast.” This is completely unacceptable behaviour towards hotel guests. We are staying at a hotel for a holiday, not to be told by a staff member to wake up at 6:00 a.m.
We fully understand that staff need to clean after breakfast service, but guests who have already taken their food before closing time should be allowed a reasonable amount of time to finish their meal without being pressured, stared at, or spoken to disrespectfully.
The hotel itself has positive aspects, but this staff member’s behaviour seriously affected our experience. Management should address this issue, as no guest should be treated in such a rude and aggressive manner.

Great location, 10mins or so from metro station that takes you straight into the heart of Amsterdam.
Parking is very handy.
Rooms are a great size and value.
Front desk staff were friendly.
Whole corridor smelt like cannabis upon arrival but once the windows of the room were open it was fine.
Thin walls so you could hear the other people around & knocking on doors but nothing too worrisome.

The discounted card near the reception for various activities to do in town
There were hair on the sheets and some stains, the floor was covered in dust and the toilet wasn't clean properly. The staff wasn't helpful on our last day when I needed to extend our room for a couple of hours, since my boyfriend was feeling very unwell. Also very far from any bus or tram connected to the city center. Very pricey for the quality of the service.
