Very nice staff that were helpful & friendly. The room was nice and beds comfortable. Loved having the parking garage on sight, below the hotel.
The walk to the Metro seemed farther than a 10 minute walk. Hallway is noisy, can hear the cleaning staff talking a little early in the morning. Also seemed a little pricey, perhaps it is the area.

The offer of a cooked melette was very appreciated. The quality of ingredients were fine except for ham cuts.
No weighting scales in room,no wake up service,room TV does not work.

I recently stayed at the Bastion Hotel with a group of colleagues, having reserved multiple rooms. Due to a misunderstanding, we had to pay double for a room upon arrival. What was truly unacceptable was the post-visit customer service, which was a total disaster. They didn't try and resolve the issue at all. It's clear that they preferred to profit from the mistake rather than rectify it. I will not be staying in a Bastion Hotel ever again and cannot recommend it to others. Very disappointing to say the least!

The hotel was what we expected and the location was where we needed for an event we were attending over the weekend. While it is not central and not the best location for tourist activities, the train is about 10 minutes walking and easy ride to Central Amsterdam.
No restaurants close by so very limited options to eat, except the gas station next door or the bar in the hotel.

Horrible hotel, I think one of the worst I've ever stayed in... For the price I paid, I thought it was outrageous!!!! Poor facilities, noise from the freeway and so on... very poorly served too! The worst, I think, was the unpleasant receptionist who took care of my check-in. If you don't know how to welcome your customers with a smile, DON'T DO this job!!!!!!

Had no breakfast. Long story but let down by easyjet, we were tired but staff went out of their way to get us into a room early than usual time. Had food %
Good position to airport, staff gave us directions to city connections and were excellent.
