Location far from center , they gave us a wrong room and then “they upgrade us “ to the room we booked when the heater was not working. Thin walls , no room service no service whatsoever sadly

The staff, especially the new man reception during the day. I had payed booking , but my payment was on pending and luckily booking solved it. This reception gave me too much stress saying that you haven’t payed and… The safe of the room wasn’t working The location was too far away from center and also metro station was too far to reach so we mostly travelled by Uber.

Decent Hotel with parking. It would need a little renovation. Many things are worn out. Breakfast is good, noting spectacular, but everyone can find something for himself. Located next to the highway so carr acces around Amsterdam is easy.
