Good location, good quality beds and towels, and a reasonably spacious room.
The car park was in the basement, and the lift wasn’t working, so there was no way to go up easily. There were no proper signs showing how to exit the car park, and when I tried calling reception, no one answered. I eventually managed to get out through another door, which also wasn’t clearly marked.
The bathroom had several issues: the wash basin was flooding because the water wouldn’t drain, and the toilet flush button was broken and wouldn’t reset. I reported the wash basin problem on the day I arrived, which was frustrating. Although it was temporarily fixed, it started flooding again the next day—luckily we were leaving.
I expect the hotel staff and management to ensure essential facilities are properly maintained, especially the wash basin and toilet flush button.

The hotel was clean, the stuff were nice and the beds were really big and comfortable!
Quite far from the city centre, the breakfast options were not that varied. Our bathroom sink was clogged when we received the room, which means they didn't check it before giving the room to us. However, they fixed it after we told them to.

Located just next to two doors that people kept slamming so entire room was shaking.
No cleaning for the duration of the stay
Sink in the bathroom was 50% hidden from usage by a shelf located about 30 cm above the sink, so it was hard to brush teeth and do other stuff where you had to use the sink.

Close to the concert
We booked and payed for parking, the parking was full when we arrived, after telling the staff they just said sorry, without a solution, then they asked me to go check on the taxi lane, i had to go out myself to check, we parked there on the street. In the morning we came to breakfast around 9, it was open until 10:30. Out of the 3 “warm” choices being eggs, bacon and sausage, the bacon was gone and the eggs were cold.. the bread was also gone.. we asked for some more bacon, first staff member said they were out of it, after asking another staff member she told us that they still had it but only had one oven and they were fulltime baking bread.. this combined with the parking made the only nice thing about the stay that the room was kind of okay.

Keycard stopped working at precisely 11am so was unable to access the lift. Had to carry luggage down 6 flights of stairs

Nothing - old hotel outside the city with rude personnel and terrible service
They didn’t clean my room a single day. Dust everywhere, dead insects on the floor, small and smelly rooms. Position is terrible in the middle of nowhere. Gym is small and not functional. Breakfast is just whatever cheap thing they find in supermarket.
