Breakfast was very nice, individual and very fresh. The Brasserie is pleasant with a nice atmosphere. The staff were helpful and friendly.
A steep spiral staircase a little challenging for us, but OK.

Great location, lovely room, good breakfast, friendly staff.
Evening meal excellent.
Stairs difficult, especially with luggage, although one member of staff was very helpful with suitcases.

Very close the National park and also in town close to restaurants and shopping. The room was very comfortable and cozy.
The restaurant was never open that we saw. Maybe because it was the off-season.

We did not like the room,as the ceilings were very low, but they made every effort to change our room for the last night of our stay.
The staff were very accommodating.
Good bicycle secure storage.
The breakfast was expensive for what was on offer. The bathroom light was on a sensor so if you used the toilet in the night the entire room lit up disturbing others in the room.

Wonderful
A delightful place to stay close to the National park and the Kroller-Muller art gallery. Otterlo is an attractive village on the edge of heathland and woodland.
Apeldoorn and Het Loo palace easily reached. Good bus services.
The hotel is comfortable and has very good clean rooms. My bed was wonderfully sleep-inducing. There are very welcoming lounges for guests to enjoy and the breakfasts are plentiful. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The Brasserie is very warmly decorated and stylishly lit and is deservedly very popular. The standard of the cooking is EXCEPTIONAL - contemporary, but not in the way that leaves you hungry, and you will also find beautifully crafted desserts too that you'd pay twice as much for in a lesser restaurant. The staff also attend to the little details of top class service. Make sure you book your dinners here!

The location is perfect for visiting the national park, a short walk away. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was lovely in the Bistro and at breakfast.

Room was clean but small, no shampoo in the bathroom, view on a parking lot, breakfast delicious and staff very helpfull
Room was very small with poor sound insulation. Also stairs which lead to the room are extremely narrow. But hotel is very close to national patk and very clean with deliciou food.
