We chose this hotel expecting a calm, relaxing stay surrounded by greenery. Unfortunately, our experience was quite the opposite. There was a very large and noisy group during our stay, and they seemed completely unaware of other guests. Loud conversations, laughter, and constant noise continued for long periods.
What was more disappointing was that this appeared to be normal for the hotel management, as no action was taken to manage the situation.
Our room was located right next to the reception area, which made things worse. Due to the echo, we could hear everything clearly — conversations, footsteps, and laughter — making it very difficult to rest.
Ironically, during the two days we stayed in central Amsterdam, we were not exposed to this level of noise at all.
On the positive side, the rooms are spacious and the surroundings are green and pleasant. However, the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt low-energy, almost like a quiet retirement home — but without the actual peace and tranquility we were hoping for.
Unfortunately, we were not able to find the relaxation we were looking for.

The breakfast is great with many varieties.
Sauna not functioning before 5pm. Hence has no time to use in the evening because of dinner meeting with customers.

The staff were simply outstanding. The restaurant was also very good!
The room was not very nice! It was poorly lit, the bathroom was terrible. I cannot say anything good about the room, unfortunately!

The swimming pool provided a delightful experience, offering a clean and inviting environment for relaxation and exercise. Alongside, the sauna rooms were equally impressive, providing a tranquil and soothing atmosphere that contributed to overall well-being. Both facilities enhanced the visit and were greatly appreciated
It was disappointing to find that the bungalow lacked daily or regular cleaning services, which detracted from the overall comfort of our stay. This gap in service was particularly noticeable during a longer stay, as fresh towels and replenished toiletries were not provided unless specifically requested. It would have been much more convenient if a routine cleaning schedule had been implemented, ensuring a higher standard of cleanliness and comfort throughout our visit.
